It was a pleasant surprise to actually find an outstanding level of customer service from both the leasing office ( especially Katie ) and the prompt responses and attention to detail from the maintenance team. My goldendoodle enjoys all of the wonderful places to walk and has made many new dog friends! My kitchen is gorgeous with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I will be proud to have my friends come over to visit. I cant wait to walk to the concerts this summer! I love it here!

I simply love living here. I have been renting in Roanoke 5+ years and nowhere else remotely compares to DTC. Their staff is organized and they communicate everything to us- every outage, building maintenance, inspection, event, etc. The buildings are VERY well maintained by their maintenance crew and they keep up with the overall cleanliness of the building.There are so many restaurants to visit within walking distance, grocery stores across the street and a beautiful mountain view. Any amenities that another apartment would offer, DTC has better- seriously look at their website! I have been living

Very glad we decided on Daleville Town Center Apartments. Amanda, Savannah, and Katie have gone above and beyond to help us with our move in and have answered all our questions. We truly appreciate their passion to make us feel at home in our apartment and community. Johnathan is an excellent Maintenance man, who takes great pride in his work and it shows! He helped us when we first moved in and he stays on top of the snow removal taking pride in the service he provides.

Just moved in recently. I had a million questions and was probably really annoying but Katie helped answer them and get me moved in quickly. The maintenance man Johnathan is amazing. Was quick to fix minor issues I had and even came after 5 because he had promised to fix the problem that day. I’m new to the area and he recommended restaurants and was extremely friendly. Moved into phase II and they are extremely nice and have a good use of space. Includes some services and appliances that other apartments in the area do not. Has security doors for added safety and conveniently has mailboxes in

Love Daleville Town center apartments! The quality of the apartments is top notch! They have a wonderful staff in the office ready to help with you whenever! The maintenance staff are always on their game solving problems and fixing things in a timely and quality manor! You can’t pick a better place to live with the town atmosphere, lots of restaurants, pet friendly and safe environment! If your looking for a place to rent I highly suggest going to the office to talk to any of the leasing agents and letting them help you find your next home!

What a beautiful place to call home! Community is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and has everything you need within walking distance!
