We have lived at The Reserve for over one year and we love the area. The Reserve has awesome amenities and the apartments are beautiful, inside and out. Amanda, Taylor and Andrea have been great to work with. Michael and Mark always respond quickly to any maintenance issue. The Reserve is lucky to have them! The views of the mountains are awesome and lots of nature to enjoy from the deck. Walking distance to shops, food, groceries, coffee, and bank. Highly recommend The Reserve at Daleville.

We absolutely love living here at The Reserve. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are amazing. The staff here is extremely friendly. Amanda and Taylor have been very accommodating to our needs and have made the move-in process seamless for us. Definitely recommend others to request a tour of these apartments. Although we are currently in the midst of a pandemic, there is such a sense of community that we cannot get enough of. We also love watching the deer graze on the hillside. So relaxing, especially with this crisp fall weather.

We checked out the Reserve a few weeks ago and it was definitely shaping up to be a beautiful place to live. The surrounding area has a lot of new and modern places for shopping and dining. It's also conveniently located for easy access to interstate I81 as well as the Appalachian Trail. I love the fact that there is a traffic light shortly after you leave the property so turning on to the main road is not a problem at all. I would definitely consider this place as a future home.
