The staff and my experience has been great! This is my first apartment and staff member (Kendall) has been more than supportive and helpful to make sure all of my questions are answered and concerns are met with solutions. The apartment itself was in great condition prior to move in as well! Friendly staff and great maintenance of the complex!

Horrible management…very uncaring about their residents. Went 4 months this spring/summer without a working AC. Called repeatedly for repairs and they didn’t know what the issue was. Dealt with a leaky fridge as well. Management just didn’t care. Felt safe there, but when the basics don’t work it was really awful.

The only place in town that allows a short term lease (as short as 3 months) and 2 pets. Kendyll and all of the maintenance guys are literally the best. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with them! Our apt wasn’t in the best shape when we moved in but everything was noted and we weren’t charged for them when we moved out. A grocery store is in walking distance which was a huge plus! Pretty affordable.

I will explain why I have left the poor ratings in your selected categories. As far as neighbors, my direct neighbor called security just about every day over noise. However, these were outrageous calls, some were made around 1PM when I would just be cleaning my apartment and had a little music on. Some were made right at 10:00PM when a noise ordinance starts. To the point where the security that would show up would apologize and one of them even commented on the fact that he could not hear it when he came up to my apartment. And another time I didn't even have music on and they called security

They don’t like fixing anything and try to over charge any and everything it took me my WHOLE year staying at Claremont and they NEVER came and fixed my bathroom door that locked you in the bathroom and I got charged for that. They take forever to respond to any and everything not a good place to stay.

Very nice yet affordable apartment living. The girls in the management office are amazing! So friendly and helpful. Maintenance guys are nice and always quick to respond. The apartments are located near shopping and restaurants but are off in a residential area so you don’t get all the busy traffic. There is lots of green space to walk my dog, he also likes to stay here! Definitely recommend Claremont for a clean and affordable apartment.

If you’re looking for apartments these are the wrong ones to go to. They bring you into a apartment they don’t show you what’s yours, they gave me & my girlfriend terrible apartment, shower & Tub spout both went on as a bath & shower. After a month & a half we’ve gotten bed bugs & WE had to get rid of them ourselves. Then 2 months later they… flooded our ceiling they never fixed that are upstairs neighbors kept complaining about, water kept running for 2hrs straight maintenance is very terrible, had my sectional couches outside for a whole day
