As a property owner that's active duty military I'm gone from Tucson for many years at a time and I'm so glad that I chose Rentals America as my property manager. I say "chose" but from the initial impressive interview with Melanie Koon and the superb attentiveness of Judy Sprunger, they actually "earned" my business. I waited more than 2 years to write this review and in that time I've experienced nothing but professionalism and excellent support from the Rentals America Tucson team. Absolutely spectacular response time I've submitted tickets here and there for normal maintenance and they get responses same day!? I'm currently renting and will be renting from them for a while this is absolutely the best rental company I've ever worked with! They listen to their renters and make sure that you never have to worry! Couldn't be happier in my new home 😊

My Property Manager here is Rob Phillips. He's likely one of the best I've dealt with. His customer service is top notch. He answers emails and phone calls promptly, finds solutions to major problems quickly, tough service calls? No problem. He is genuinely a nice guy and cares about the tenants and properties.
Property Managers like this are extremely rare nowadays.

I highly recommend working with Rentals America if you own any rental property. They are extremely competent and professional. In particular Judy Sprunger was a jewel to work. I’ve been working with Melanie and Rob for over a year now. Just secured second tenant for my rental home. The house had to be revamped (carpet, paint, repairs) and the whole process was easy, efficient, and fairly priced. My coworker referred Melanie to me when I needed to rent out my house 4 years ago. I feel very comfortable having her handle my house after we met because of her warm personality and so passionate about what she does. I’ve used Melanie and Rentals America of Tucson now for four years. Melanie is a hard-working and caring delight. If I have a question or concern about my property, if she doesn’t answer her phone right away (usually the case), she gets back to me within minutes. Her assistant Rob has been great too.
