Management does not care about their employees or residents. I’ve seen them ignore residents at the door and they don’t return phone calls. Dakita was very rude , my last paycheck was shorted because I left the company literally all my bonus money was taking away from me it was money I earned and Dakita took it for herself. they have unrealistic expectations for their employees. The pay is decent tho not worth the headache. And I have proof Dakita took my money.

I applied for a unit in Nov with a January mover in date, the leasing asst informed me I was approved, collected my security deposit and provided me with email confirmation of my address. A week later I received a call from the inconsiderate, unprofessional property manager stating the unit won't be available in Jan, maybe march as the current tenant is pending eviction. She then informed me my application hasn't even been approved. How?! Your staff collected a security deposit and provided me with an address! I have packed, rsvd uhal and movers and gave notice .. This women never apologized for

BEWARE !!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars and I don’t even live here. My mother moved into these apartments a year ago as she wanted to be closer to family and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. Her apartment floods any time it rains, causing mold in the house in which they haven’t came by to properly fix the problem. She didn’t have heat for the first month and no A/C at least half of the summer (maintenance keeps fixing the unit instead of replacing it) and now she’s dealing with a gas leak. Maintenance is absolutely horrible , they take weeks to come out and don’t

Called looking for a one bedroom last week. The leasing consultant I spoke to named Shy was very helpful. There was not a one bedroom available but she let me know the options and completed a guest card. She said she would contact me for upcoming apartments in the next few months. I asked if I could come in to take a tour of what they had available. She showed me a two bedroom and den. I was impressed with the size of the den and the storage space in the apartment. Shy also showed me additional amenities that I would not have known about. Kudos to Shy. She was professional, funny and knowledgeable

I moved to Glen Rock Landing March 2020. Ever since moved into the community have never had any difficulties. My building is quiet, the grounds of my building are cleaned everyday as I smell and view fresh floors as I leave to go to work. Parking is always plentiful and nothing has ever happened to my vehicle. The staff and management in the rental office are friendly, responsive and attentive to questions and requests. I truly enjoy being a resident of Glen Rock Landing! This was undeniably a right choice for my family. and I.

I bragged about the staff being very professional and pleasant. I was told by a neighbor that would change as soon as you need service
They were right
*I have left 3 messages about my air conditioner now over a week with working - so hot in my apartment I can't breathe 65 years old and it is unbearable and I have to go and stay with family member for cool air
*I called over 3weeks ago about a tree that has limbs growing over the roof and balcony. The birds are enjoying their quiet time at my expense.
Squirrels have navigated the branch and jumps on my balcony.
I have to use a broom to keep

I have lived here for 18 months. I have to share that I have had a positive experience at Glen Rock Landing. The maintenance team is responsive and requests are handled quickly. There is a grounds maintenance team that cleans and mops buildings at least 5 days a week. As well, they walk the entire property to be sure that any stray debris is cleaned up. The community is very convenient to both DC and Northern Virginia. It’s approximately a 5-7 minute drive to cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Made virtual tour appointment, they no show. No apology, no response to email or vm. Won't waste my time or money with a rental company that is unresponsive. Finally reached office, Ms. Johnson was rude and I had to ask her if she felt like an apology was in order. Very unprofessional. I guess they are only complex renting in ft Washington... clearly not interested in new customers.
