I would never recommend this complex to anyone! The staff is unresponsive and the management is nonexistent. Been here two years and it’s been a nightmare since it was bought out over a year ago. They still haven’t straightened anything out. They do not care about current residents at all. I can’t say a single good thing about this place. Not only is it falling apart and no one can help you with anything, they take your private property without your permission and cut locks to do so without warning. Absolutely horrendous!! Stay away!

UPDATE: 10/29/2021 Thanks to the property manager and her regional manager for addressing my issue very quickly. I appreciate their desire to ensure all my issues were addressed.
10/28/2021 When I visited the property, the manager showed my daughter an I around to various apartments/townhouse styles. My daughter and I were very impressed and decided that we would love to live in this community. As is known, all members living in a unit over 18 must submit an application. I received my email with my link which I completed the application. My daughter received an email but the link didn't work.

I just moved in about a month ago and so far everything and everyone has been amazing! Mercedes gave a great tour of the property and showed me possible units with different styles ( cream or espresso style) along with all the amenities such as the pool, gym, grills, and dog park. She always had a smile on her face and helped me decide on the right apartment by letting me bounce ideas off her left and right.
I also got to speak with the Assistant Property Manager, Stephanie, and the Property Manager, Roxy. They both are friendly and are very honest about their work. They were able to give me lists

My wife and I have been on the hunt for a while now for a new apartment since we are unsatisfied with our current one. We stumbled across Cameron Court apartments through an Instagram add and decided to take a look.
Our first impression of the complex were that it is amazingly clean and up kept it was! we saw little to no garbage within the units, ample parking spaces (which is very important to us and side note, there is no additional fees to park your car which is rare) and the amenities are top notch.

The current property management firm is very disappointing. The trash hasn't been collected from the trash area for the past two weeks. Some of the residents complained about this situation to the leasing center. Still, the property management doesn't care about their residents and voices as far as they get their rent revenue. The smell has been outrageous lately, and hard to enjoy the balcony or take a walk. I am sure this will bring a lot of health and environmental adverse effects eventually. HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
