Excellent customer service and patience during these unpredictable times. I am extremely pleased with leasing process as it was virtual. The apartment looks great and I am also impressed with the pricing. Huge thank you to Aquanas and Madison for making this a smooth and easy process, especially with the paperwork (I am working from home and didn't initially send back the documents correctly - they were VERY patient and understanding). Thank you to the leasing office and I am happy to say that I am a resident.

The Leasing Office team is very unprofessional and does not know the current marketing process, they work like in the 70's, no security environment tech. I called them on 07/01/2019 (from NYC) to rent an apt in order to move in by 7/15/2019 waiving any need to see apt. They don't disclose and request all required docs for your pet until the last step after baby steps asking for info(no understanding of full package data). I paid for all fees, insurance and had power connected. Two days before the move in day, I was informed that my dog weight is restricted and it needs supervisor approval. After

I saw their vacant apartments add on craigslist and was instantly interested - their posting makes it sounds so attractive. I'm glad I saw these reviews though - roach infested - sounds more like a dumpster! And just look how they copy pasted the same "apologies" for each bad review here - gives a good idea how they deal with things - easy, fast, left handed.

I’ve lived in one of the apartments for 13 months. Sincere, friendly community. Maintenance is very responsive and laundry rooms always have had room for me. Front desk personnel are also very responsive and work on whatever you need right away. Not as many amenities as a luxury apartment building, but you’re 3 blocks from King Street, 2 blocks to hop on route 1 and 495, and neighborhood is quiet. For the above and the price ($7000 cheaper per year than other apartments I looked at before moving in), heritage gets my endorsement.

Poorly managed and some apartments contain roaches. The apartment itself was nice, despite one of the two bedrooms being way too tiny. The staff is nice and friendly until you are moved in and then they want nothing to do with you. The children run around screaming everyday in the back of the building and have harassed and taunted various residents' dogs to the point of people having to call the police bc they are banging on ones apartment door and window or deliberately trying to aggravate dogs in the dog park (and yes they come in groups). Their parents are no where to be found. There are sometimes

Luxury apartments indeed! During the ten months I lived there, I averaged calling the police once a week at around 3 a.m. for violent disturbances outside my windows. At times the disturbances were caused by the "security guards" themselves partying in the parking lot. The entrance was often surrounded by threatening people loitering, and muggings and stabbings were known to happen. Feces in the stairwells. Continual parking problems. Laundry facilities (4 washers and 4 dryers for whole six-story building) more often than not out of service. The list goes on and on. Totally unresponsive management
