The concierge named Verne was very rude and unprofessional. She used the word stupid when I asked her a simple question.

I lived here for almost 2.5 years. Overall its quiet if you don't live on the Metro side and maintenance is quick to respond. However, I did have multiple issues with the hot-water heater. I had brown hot water for almost a year. I would have to run it for 10-15 minutes to clear it which drove up my water bill. At the end of my lease, my hot-water heater leaked which drove up my water and gas bill significantly. They refused to reimburse for the cost or work with the provider. It's unfortunate, they weren't proactive in replacing an incredibly old appliance.

My family and I loved living at the Meridian. The Staff and Conceirge was always helpful and friendly! Any issue with the apartment, maintenance came within 24 to 48 hours to solve our issues. The neighborhood and complex felt very safe. Cvs, restaurants, Whole Foods and the movie theater is within walking distance. We rarely heard our neighbors besides footsteps. The sound proof windows really helped with being so close to the metro. The elementary school is one of the best as well! I loved taking my kids to the swimming pool, Pump it Up, for a walk or hanging out in the plaza area. We had such

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to rent an apartment! Alexandria is a big city. There are a lot of apartments here that provide better customer service and treat you with respect.
This place is totally scam. My husband and I came for a tour on 8/1/2021 and mentioned that we only want to rent for 3 months. Two days after the tour, I got a phone call from the guy that gave us the tour and asked why I hadn't applied. I mentioned to him that I didn't feel comfortable to submit my application because of the $500 move-in fee. I asked him what if I don't get approved, will I get

My experience here at Meridian at Eisenhower great to excellent. Beyond "standard" amenities (exercice room, swimpool, etc., The apartment complex offers quietness (windows are almost sealed), no unruly neighbors, of course, no mice or cockroaches; chutes are kept clean and smell free. Turnaround of maintenance response time to requests is short. Neighbors, whether meeting them in hall or in elevators are courteous and respectful. That cannot be always said at many other apartment complexes.

We love living at Meridian at Eisenhower! The management is really wonderful, friendly, and attentive whenever there's an issue regarding maintenance, etc. The lobby is pristine and we love the patio area. The rents are affordable for the area and metro access is prime. Short walk to Old Town, too. Highly recommend!

The pricing is pretty steep, but you are in a safe location that is conveniently located next to the metro. The area feels like Old Town without being in the middle of Old Town. The floor plans are nice, the cleaning staff are extremely friendly, and the building is well cleaned.
However there are some strong negatives that drive down the appeal of this apartment building. Being this close to the metro comes with a trade off. The noise from the metro racing by every 10 minutes is almost unbearable (it sounds like the metro is inside of your apartment). I’ve also had a few important packages

Lots of pros and lots of cons. If you live here, get ready to advocate for yourself but at least you're next to the metro.

First, I did not receive a welcome packet, I had to request these and my lease documents multiple times. My water bill wasn't set up properly by management for several months and I was charged multiple fees and charged for the previous renter's bill as well. Luckily management helped me resolve this oversight.

It took a few months for office to set up my call box. I had to ask multiple times. My online account also took over a month to set up which affected

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The evening concierge's are extremely rude and always act like you are inconveniencing them when picking up a package or when you ask a general question, zero customer service skills. The elevators are always broken, which have caused several residents to be stuck in them. The gym equipment needs to be maintanced to include the spinning bike, which is not even functional. The front office staff has no clue what they are doing and can't answer general questions. The corporate office needs to provide more training to their employees and address customer

We've lived here for just over a year now and are so happy we chose Meridian at Eisenhower. We live in a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 den apartment with a sun room we're always to thankful to have. We were moving from out-of-state and couldn't tour the site in person beforehand, but the interiors matched the pictures we were shown online perfectly. We've gotten to know many of the staff in the office, the front desk, and facilities department. Everyone is so responsive and has been an important part of why we love living here so much. The proximity to the metro and nice walk to King Street are nice pluses

I have three weeks here and I am yet to receive a follow-up on the list of apartment repairs, hot water ceases to run after 10 mins, and I am yet to be entered to the system as a resident. All my attempts to request an update are yet to be fully addressed.

I lived at Meridian at Eisenhower going on 6 years. I love it, its home to me. Michael the manager was my leasing agent when I first moved here. He is a natural people person. He cares about the residents and always cares about taking care of the building. I have lived many places in Arlington (Archstone, Camden) and it is no comparison. I'm retired and will not be renewing my lease in 2020. I have been looking out of town, and its hard to find a place out of town because I'm comparing it with the Meridian at Eisenhower. The concierges are wonderful, Lolieana such a plus to Eisenhower

I lived at Meridian at Eisenhower for 10 months (August 2017-June 2018). I had no issues living there, the concierge was always nice, the garage is nice, etc. My room was a little on the small side and I feel the apartments are somewhat overpriced considering there was no stainless steel in my apartment. But as already mentioned it was an okay place to stay and I left mainly because of issues with a roommate and the commute being too long. I would however recommend this property if you don't necesrily commute to DC or care about modern ammenties like stainless steel.

The only major issue

I've enjoyed living at Meridian for the last two years and the only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the cost. I'm only moving as my rent will have gone up $150/month in two years and I haven't received anything "new" to justify the increase. I think that's a bit steep considering. And I know, there's a general lack of affordable housing in the DMV, but an additional $1,800 isn't worth it to me. Overall, the staff are great, neighbors are relatively friendly, no complaints re: noise (I'm on the 10th floor facing the train and if I close

Hi, will keep it short, I tried for several months to get information about a set a side unit in this property, for over a year, the people at this place were EXTREMELY wonderful, they were always helpful and went far and beyond to contact me everytime they have a unit avalaible. I even went there one day with all the requirements ready to rent and the lady who helped me made me realize I was inquiring for a unit on one of their sister complexes so on the top of all their great service they are honest. Keep up with your good job!

A few weeks later management took down the signage stating dogs were not permit to walk on the perimeter (sidewalks). Aside from this issue, I have to say that I have loved living here. The front desk team are all wonderful, they know everyone by name and they always smile and say hello. The apartment building is well keep and maintenance is responsive. This building deserves five stars because this is a great place to live. I wanted to change my review, because it seems that whatever the issue with the dogs was is over and no longer a issue.

We love living here! The staff is great-- concierge is wonderful! Michael and the office staff are also great, very helpful. Our unit looks out to the Metro-- the noise does not bother us one bit. I mean... the building is by the Metro... so to assume that it will be dead silent is kind of ridiculous. The maintenance has always been great, and they are so friendly-- we had a few bumps in the road when we moved in-- everything was fixed when we needed and quickly.
As for parking, we have never had one issue-- parking decals are clearly visible, and our guests have parked with ease as well

Save yourself the stress and live elsewhere. I'll include some of my grievances below.
-The landlord commonly makes mistakes on the billing statement, Over the past 7 months, I've had 5 different amounts "due". The landlord will then realize their mistake and tape a rather large bill to your door with a due date of the following morning. If you don't pay the following morning, you owe a $100 late fee. Now, I'm not opposed to paying what I owe, but if you are like me on Active Duty and travel quite frequently for several days at a time, a note taped on the door will

In moving to the area I visited 24 apartment buildings (6 in Silver Spring, MD the rest mostly in Arlington/Alexandria). Given a lot of time to create metrics and make a decision as I had a lot of flexibility in transitioning to a new DC office from Pennsylvania I've been living here for 3 months and would struggle to be happier. I can only provide my experience, so some of the information may be different depending on when you read this.

Rent: It's pricy, but compares favorably to similar options (considering amenities etc...) on a $/ft² basis. Depending on your move-in dates and

This is one of the best places I have lived. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Huge shout out to Michael, who works in the leasing office. Courtney, who I believe is lead concierge, is wonderful - she takes a genuine interest in your questions or concerns. The property manager is very kind and efficient, I really feel like the staff cares about their residents.

We have attended two resident events so far, and man they were fun! The events were put on by Lux Living/Giving (?), and I really enjoyed them.

The amenities are great, my only gripe is I wish there was wifi in the gym! I love

I lived here for 13 months. Overall it's not a bad building to live in. The maintenance staff is very friendly and they complete request same day. The lobby attendants are nice as well and are great about taking packages of all sizes (including a 50 inch tv I ordered). I would say for the quality of the building is pristine! So pristine that the outer patio is closed most of the time. Another down side, no alcohol is allowed by the pool, and they do not have any grills for the pool or outdoor areas and do not allow you to bring your own. I found that people in the building were friendly
