Located between a friendly residential neighborhood and the Adams Farm community rests the award-winning Legacy at Twin Oaks Apartment Community. Constructed on the beautiful grounds of a former golf course in Southwest Greensboro, residents enjoy easy access to Wendover Avenue without the congestion of living on a major road.
At Twin Oaks, convenience is taken to the next level. Neighbors love what they save on entertainment by taking advantage of one of the largest community-based fitness centers in the Triad, watching a DVD library selection in the 24-seat, 106-inch screen multi-media theatre, or surfing the web poolside or in the Internet Caf.

Megan is not wrong. I live in the adjacent apartment complex that backs up to Legacy at Twin Oaks and there are always residents playing extremely loud music at all hours of the day and night and screaming kids until 10:30pm. It’s an everyday thing. Then, as Megan mentioned, there are residents in the same community with vehicles that have obnoxiously loud exhaust pipes that can be heard from miles away, and they are always in and out at all hours of the day and night as well. If you want peace and quiet, this place is not it.

A great place to call "home" ! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Since I have lived here I have always felt extremely safe, and welcomed. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails nearby. There’s also a plethora of dinning/shopping options very close by as well. By far this rental experience in terms of dollar value has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend you making

I don't live at this property personally, I actually live right in front of it at Steeple Chase and I have to tell you that the buildings in front is extremely loud plays really loud music and there's individuals over there with their cars that make too much noise especially really late at night At 12 o'clock at midnight to 3 to 4:00 a.m. and also they do it really early in the morning I don't know exactly who it is, but I have called the the cops already and I am not the only one that's called the cops apparently because the dispatcher told me that she also had someone else complained about the

I’ve been living here since 2017 and I really like it. The maintenance staff are quick, efficient and friendly. The office staff is great as well. I have a dog and she loves the neighborhood as well as her other dog friends. My only complaints are that some ppl don’t clean up after their pets and it’s really annoying. Some ppl choose not to leash their dogs as well. No matter how well they are trained they should be leashed at all times. My second complaint would be that there is often a problem with the WiFi. I preferred having my own plan through Spectrum instead of going through the leasing

As of September, they have shut off our own personal internet and they are trying to force us to pay them to use Wifi which is shared by the entire community. Mind you, this is in the middle of a lease and we never agreed to this. Be aware they will violate the lease agreement and you cannot have your own internet here, and they also force you to pay cable.
(Edit) @owner
Some of us would prefer to have our own 1 gig wired internet and not be forced to pay 120$ a month for cable and slow, wireless internet.

We really enjoyed our time here. The pros far outweigh the cons. Some of the things I really enjoyed about this property is the always professional leasing staff, the common areas were always kept clean and I just loved our floor plan to our apartment. We resided on the 3rd floor and did not have any issues with outside noise, although I'm sure our downstairs neighbors took in a bit of noise occasionally from our wild toddler. My biggest complaint is that several tenants in our building would smoke in the breezeways or steps and the smoke smell would travel into our apartment. I wished all tenants

Have lived here for the pass 8 months and it is wonderful. The office staff are very nice and respectful. Maintenance is right on top of everything. I had a few minor issues and ever time I needed something fix they are here fixing the problem right the first time and very professional. The gym is great the pool is exceptional, the neighbors are great everyone gets along and shows respect toward one another. If I wasn't trying to buy a house I definitely would stay again and renew my lease. The price is a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for a real apartment complex with a great home
