Trashy, noisy, dirty, cheap, not well-maintained.
I moved in and found my apartment in disarray. They had done zero cleaning or maintenance. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything done with them. Cracked or missing molding; never replaced baseboards in kitchen after replacing floor (took three weeks for them to do it); cleaning lady only did oven, then left; every floor squeaks, even the new laminate floors; painted hairs—HAIRS—onto the doors and walls (gross!); damage throughout apartment.
Then I called today and spoke with a woman to explain issues trying to pay rent with the portal

Lived here a little over a year I must say the office staff is fantastic, they communicate well and keep us apprised constantly of changes and issues. They were more than understanding when tragedy struck our family having worked with us through that horrible time. Recently had
to call maintenance due to an issue with the toilet. Was contacted almost immediately. Came the next day , maintenance staff was fantastic got the job done quickly and cleanly and even took time to explain the issue to my family.

Tried multiple times throughout a 2 week period to schedule a showing but was never able to get ahold of someone via phone. Left multiple messages that were never returned. I’ll take my money elsewhere to someone more deserving and a little nicer looking too with professional management staff unlike this place. Good day.

I work here, but I've also lived here for more than 12 years! I love the location, have never had any major issues (every home has some, let's not lie about that) and am very happy to call this community home. If you are looking for a good place to live, where the owners truly care about you, then this is your home! Come into the office and tell them Brett sent you!!!

I enjoy the location of the community here in Kettering since it's so close to trader joe's and Kroger. It's very calm, quiet, and cozy inside my community but so close to and shopping needs nearby like dining out and shopping. I appreciate being able to do most things electronically like pay, sign documents and put in work orders easily on property website.
