Lovely apartments but dont expect them to care about you after your lease is over. I moved out august 23 2021 and was sent an email informing me that my refunded deposit check would be sent to my forward address. Here it is november 9th and nothing. I have sent emails and called and all i get told is they will call me back and i never recieve a call back or any answers. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully that will offer me a solution as the apartment staff wont give me answers.

We have lived here 4 months and love it! The management take care of the property and amenities, pool, theater room, computer area, billiard area and gym are all like new! Have never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintenance need but we have only needed 1 and it was quickly taken care. Have not heard a neighbor beside us however you can hear the occasional foot steps from upstairs but not distracting. The view!!! Lake and miles of greenway right across the street ❤️

The apartments have very thin walls so you'll be kept up by neighbors snoring, talking and arguing.
Government shut down order lead to contract termination at Bechtel April 27th spoke with Vanessa informing her I vacated, said I would be liable for a 60 days of my lease and $1,200 fine for moving out. June 14th I received attempt to collect on $3,000.25 (I am being billed 3 months I have not lived there!) Quick to claim me delinquent and w collections affecting my credit without ever issuing me a single bill or formal offer to forgive part of this due to the global pandemic crisis.

I have been living here for almost 3 months and I really like it! The office staff is so friendly! I had my shower drain clog, emailed the office, and it was fix within hours!
The only thing I wish I would have known about before moving in is how many spiders there are on the property. I rarely see them or any other bugs in my actual apartment, but right outside and around my door are HUGE spiders!
With that said, the grounds are kept super clean and I have loved living here. Its definitely a quiet community to live in!

My wife and I have been living there for almost 5 years. During that time, we had an excellent experience and never had to complain about anything such as noise or security for example. The community is great, very pet friendly.
The amenities are great especially the pool. My wife loved it! It is also very well located especially if you have to commute to go to work in Knoxville like I did.
The current administration managed by Bree is the best we have ever had, either here or on different community we lived in. They are very professional and efficient. For example, the washing machine broke

We loved our stay at Centennial Village! So much so that what we thought would be a short 6 month lease (transitions between the sale of a home) actually turned into a year. We were that comfortable there. It's in a great location (right across the street from the lake and a wonderful public greenway, yet easy access to the Parkway to get into West Knoxville or Oak Ridge.) and wonderful community feel. The amenities are fabulous. We especially enjoyed access to the large pool. The pool area, along with the gym, were always super clean and well kept. Bree and her staff were awesome: efficient, personable
