Flats At Jackson Square

I like living here. My building is quiet and peaceful. The people who live here are friendly and nice.
It is clean and they have monthly pest control.

Well though the locale and price is good...it is good for just one person. They are very small but if you are single and only have a cat or dog then it would work for you. It is Oak Ridge and it is great to be up here.

Just recently came under new management.. doing remodeling to a more modern and pleasant atmosphere.. management is very pleasant. Looking forward to all the upgrades!!

I've had nothing but a pleasant, and very professional experience so far with Kristin, the property manager. And I absolutely love these historical buildings. I'm very excited about my stay here.

Since my comment was deleted I'm gonna post again this place is disgusting and the maintenance people are theives who like to go in your apartment when your not home and steal things and all 3 of the maintenance people are definitely on drugs the cleaning lady is always walking around asking people for pills so please save your money and go somewhere better
I went to my bank recently and Jackson square said I put 1,000 dollars worth of damage to the apartment when we didn't and I have pictures of when I moved in and moved out this place is ridiculous!
Be aware of these people, please do not move

These apartments are complete trash. The building manager, Kristen, is an absolutely abhorrent human being. Not only is she rude, but she's also a liar. She won't get anything fixed. We went without a toilet for 6 days, DO NOT RENT HERE

This place is terrible, manager doesn’t help at all, maintenance doesn’t do their jobs, drug addicts all in the building,
Trying to break into your apartment, walking up to you saying profanity, looking through your cars and nothing gets done about it, bad place to stay not family friendly period.

One of the cheapest options, but all the electrical is wired on the outside of the walls. Walls are paper thin and laundry room has an odd smell. Office staff is new and not the nicest.

Mona the lady who showed me the room and worked out a plan for me was very friendly and helpful. As I was new to the area only needed a place for a month to stay until I could find a home. My room was modest and small but everything was built to last. Came with the furniture pictured and apart from being next to the back door with people entering and exiting I didn't have many problems with noise. The shower was the best as the pressure was amazing and the temperature was super hot. If you are looking for something with a good price or only need a temporary lease this is a great place.
