If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at the Preserve at Hardin Valley is unqualified to maintain the community or address the concerns of its residents. Their excuse is that "short staffing" for the cause of the community falling apart, however to allow it to get to this stage is beyond unacceptable. There are health concerns at this point. There are animals digging through the trash at night. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The good reviews are from the staff themselves.

Having to move due to black mold growing in our wall and coming through to our sink, bathroom, and closet.
We are being transferred to another unit (3rd floor) and was told we have 3 days to move. We told them we have work, school, and so much more going on but all we got was a shrug of the shoulders. Not only are we moving on Labor Day weekend, they did not get us a moving truck and We are moving ourselves. We have had to take off work which combined is well over 36 hours of pay on top of rental trucks, paying friends to help us move, and the raw inconvenience that they gave us no choice to move

The Preserve at Hardin Valley is extremely well kept and the grounds are beautiful! The ladies in the front office are very nice and super helpful no matter the request! Maintenance is also super awesome and very efficient when it comes to work orders.Overall the community is one of the best that I have ever lived in!!

I have lived at The Preserve at Hardin Valley for just over 7 years and my experience has been wonderful. The grounds are immaculately kept and the maintenance staff has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. The apartments are a generous size with an open floorplan.

The place is nice to live and well kept; however, the gate is always broken and the parking situation is terrible. I've had to walk across the apartment complex many times since there is no/minimal effort keeping non-resident cars out of the parking spots for the residents. This would be a much better place if there was attention given to the parking situation/enforcing parking rules.

The staff seem very friendly. I haven't chosen an apartment complex yet but my experience with them has been the best yet, especially so because of Emma! She was able to answer all of my questions and more! I can easily see myself living there and if you're looking for a place in Hardin Valley just give them a call and maybe Emma can help you out too.

The Preserve at Hardin Valley is a great place to live. I rented my apartment online prior to relocating to Knoxville and upon arrival it exceeded my expectations. The office staff is friendly and courteous and the maintenance staff are excellent at what they do and have taken care of any issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

We've stayed in many apartment complexes within the Knoxville area, and I definitely have to say this place was, by far, the best. From the courteous maintenance crew to the helpful office staff, they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time here. Whitney, in particular, has really impressed me in how she's navigated the unpredictable and often changing environment of 2020. You can really tell that she enjoys her job, and she seems to always be willing to assist in any need my family has had. I definitely recommend The Preserve.

My wife and I highly recommend the Preserve at Hardin Valley. We have lived here about 1 and a half years and have loved every minute of it. We have had no issues at all accept maybe parking when people park in spots that dont have passes to park there but management has handled that well by communicating with guests the issue and getting them to… move or get towed as per policy. We have really appreciated the overall communication as well. Whitney has been wonderful in helping us figure out any issues that have arisen with the apartment, emailing us as soon as packages arrive, and overall

My husband and I have lived here for the past two years and absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is super fast, the staff are friendly, and the location is ideal for us. When issues have come up within the community (parking, dog waste, glass at the pool, etc.), management has worked to resolve the issues. We really wanted to… move closer to downtown this year, but no where could live up to the standards The Preserve has set! I will say noise overhead is not ideal (we live on the second floor), but we also realize upstairs noise is something you're bound to deal with
