Greystone vista is the most beautiful place to live,apartments are so modern beautiful and comfortable, gorgeous from views or back,feel like you are living in a resort love my morning 🌄 sunshine 🌞 and my sunset 🌇 ❤️ night 🌙 not only that the amenities are beautifully gorgeous pool with beautiful Gasibo Club House beautiful landscape, and most importantly the Girls at the office Sarah and kaylie,and maintenance crew 👌 👍,I give them 10.

Greystone Vista is the best place to live when you come to Knoxville . The apartments are modern, clean , spacious, and comfy. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff is very warm, professional and attentive to detail. The club house has everything you need and more .. that’s why you are very lucky if you find an apartment here… come and see it in person

I've lived here since Mid-October (currently mid-December) and have enjoyed it greatly! It's located in the nice community of Hardin Valley, and has responsive and helpful staff. I've not experienced any issues with neighbors, so I have nothing to report on that front besides that the walls seem thick!

I have been with RAM properties for 7years which is already telling. I started at lenior city and when 2020 brought on unexpected events I needed a change of view. The staff at Grey Stone Vista went above and beyond to make my transition as smooth as possible. They took a personal interest in making this my new home. Stunning property with some of the best views in Knoxville. Property is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and a variety of trees and flowers. Apartments are upscale with wonderful closet space and granite and stainless steel appliances. Property management is kind and very professional. Ample supply of parking spaces. I feel safe taking my dog out at any hour and the neighbors are friendly. Do not hear my neighbors at all in the apartment. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Beautiful location with wonderful views! The apartments floor plans are just perfect and rooms are spacious with big patios or sunroom area. The appliances are all stainless steel, modern and energy efficient. Community is clean and quiet with friendly residents and helpful and very good staff and maintenance service. The gym rooms have a good variety of equipment and lot of space; and are always very well maintained and clean. Salt water swimming pool and spacious outdoor seating with a fire pit and stainless steel grills makes it all a picnic ready living.

After living in our custom built home for 20 years, we couldn't believe we could find an apartment home that would fit our needs. We have been here 3 years and absolutely love it! Quality living, wonderful staff, beautiful views, great neighbors and more. But you come look and see if it doesn't meet your needs!
