We lived there for 16 months. At first, we loved it. Then we realized 1. Parking is absolutely horrible. 2. You can hear upstairs neighbors drop a pin in their apartment. Then when lease renewal came, they increased rent quite a bit unless we signed a 14 month lease.
Then a couple months after signing new lease we bought a house. They charge $2,500 to break you lease, plus 60 days notice. So you still have to pay rent for 2 months after giving them $2,500.

Moved from Mass to TN and selected Walden Legacy Apts sight unseen. We saw the apartment on the website but could not do an in-person inspection due to the distance. We submitted our paperwork online and were approved. The process was straight forward and Jeff did an excellent job guiding us through the process. We arrived with our Uhaul to a pristine property. Very clean and maintained to very high standards. The community is gated with controlled entry, swimming pool, gym, and laundry facility (if you don't wish to install your own washer/dryer). This place is absolutely awesome. After our last apartment was damaged due to a fire at another complex, The staff ranging from the office staff to the maintenance staff have been nothing but nice and helpful. We told them we needed some place quick, and they delivered. Not one regret on moving here. I would highly recommend Walden Legacy to anyone.
