Jonathan and I moved in July 2019 as soon as our unit was finished. We toured the community with Andrea and fell in love. Our apartment has the same floor plan as the model. We were lucky to get a balcony which we really wanted. The kitchen appliances are a lot nicer than what you find in apartments, including a full size refrigerator. Our apartment is very roomy and nicely finished. All of the staff is wonderful! If there’s ever a issue it is handled promptly. Our grounds are exceptionally kept. We consider Greystone Pointe our home. We love it here and especially all of the friends we have

Greystone Pointe is a great place to live. The amenities are fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen, dog park, and community garden. The staff are also wonderful. They're quick to respond to emails and handle issues quickly. I would highly recommend Greystone to anyone looking to move to West Knoxville.

We are new residents (1 month). My in-laws came yesterday and said this isn't all what a person thinks of when they hear the word apartment! They were very impressed and noted that it really is a home. They also notice that you couldn't hear the neighbors at all- and it's true- we are on a ground floor. We don't hear our upstairs neighbors or next door folks. It really is beautiful! Also, the office staff and maintenance crew are always on point. They are very professional and quick to respond to requests. They also utilize rentcafe.com to make putting in requests super easy! We are so happy we

You can't ask for a better place to live, your apartment actually feels like your own home. The staff is very non intrusive, they're hear to take care of you when you need them to. If you're not social they will gladly leave you alone, and the maintenance is superb!!! I've seen maintenance working on Christmas Eve to make the roads safe and not slick, as well as working in my apartment at 9pm on a AC issue.

I just moved in mid-June and I would highly recommend Greystone Pointe. I am very excited to call this home. Moving from a house I was concerned about moving to an apartment but this property is beautiful with it's lovely pool area, first rate health club, and gated community.The apartments are amazing with the crown moldings, quartz countertops, incredible views to the mountains and are very soundproof. The community is very dog friendly. The staff is top notch and is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The neighbors are also so friendly. Look no further for your future home. The views
