The lack of pest control in this complex is amazing. More than 10 species of bugs call Cityscape home. Every night residents have to deal with stepping over roaches along the complex’s sidewalk. For months residents have continued making complaints as we also deal with white flies, mosquitos, and other various bugs in the complex. After consulting leasing, the complete lack of care shows how normal this is towards the complex. The sprinklers attract bugs. On my walk to the gym and back last night I got 10 mosquito bites. The leasing office only cares about potential residents. If you like living

I would like to give a five star to Cityscape I have a lived for three years I absolutely love it! I live in a two bedroom apartment downstairs with my two kids. I Would really love to upgrade three bed rooms soon! The most I love about this place that I call my home is that you never hear neighbors up upstairs NEVER The walls are built so good!! The neighbors are all amazing! Also the staff is amazing and always on top of everything! Yvette always has a positive attitude.. the whole staff gives you a good vibe. Before Covid hit we went to monthly events in the clubhouse with the staff they&apos

I'd give a half star if I could. They are hiding bad reviews! This is the 3rd time I had to write a review. There are far too many bugs, roaches are disgusting and it is a major problem here even though they charge us every month for pest control. Tons of white flies, mosquitos and more. Nobody picks up after their pet. The sprinklers are always spraying the sidewalk and cars ruining my new shoes and making cars filthy. Yvette in the leasing office is very condescending and rude. The customer is always right and at Cityscape they don't even pretend to care about the "valued residents" who are overpaying

I lived here for about 15 months and don’t have one bad thing to say about my experience here. My 2 bed 2 bath apartment with laundry in unit was the best priced place to live in Tempe, with a huge kitchen and patio. There’s also tons of free parking which can be hard to find in apartments. The front office and maintenance team were always really friendly when I would take my dog for walks and would always wave and say good morning. I would always call the front office and ask for Yvette specifically because she is the best office manager I have ever worked with! Any maintenance issues were

I've lived here a little over a year and just resigned my second lease. The front office personnel are friendly and quick to respond, particularly Yvette! Maintenence was very responsive prior to covid, since covid it's been a bit more challenging. However this is understandable. The property is beautiful and the apartments are styled nicely. The complex is quiet and grounds are very well maintained. I love the layout of my 3bedroom! No complaints! There are some bug issues but many complexes do, they will spray every Tuesday and a major treatment if needed.

I've lived in many apartments over the years in various cities and never left a review for any of them, yet.
I would definitely rate the customer service of this apartment complex as five stars, especially my interactions with Yvette in the office. We were moving back to AZ, and due to that and Covid, we were unable to see any potential units in person. We chose what we thought was an upgraded unit, because that's what we were told when calling to inquire initially. Long story short, there was a miscommunication somehow and the unit we got to begin with was definitely not upgraded.

I only give a 3 star review because we found out that our neighbors (who have the much nicer upgraded style apartment) pay about $500 LESS than we do. $2000 a month (with all bills included) is a bit steep when the gym and amenities can only be used during office hours and our apt was not included in the renovation. The location is great and the whole complex is kept up well. But we will most likely not renew in August when our lease is up. Our vertical blinds are horrible to open and close, they constantly come off track / break if you try to open or close them, and the dishwasher leaks soap and

I just moved here last month and I absolutely love it! My apartment is renovated and it is so nice and cute! I love the floors and cabinets. The courtyard is beautiful and perfect to walk my dog around. The pool is so peaceful and gorgeous! The gym is fully equipped with brand new machines. Finally, the staff is so kind and helpful all the time!

I am very happy living at cityscape lakeshore.management is great and they always willing to help in anything I need, maintenance always there when I need it and very respectful too. My apartment is very spacious which I love and location is great close to freeways which helps me a lot to get fast to my job or anywhere I want to go. Everything is close to me and I would really recommend living here🙂

I would love to put a better review about living here but this has been the worst experience at an apartment yet. Now I've lived in second floor apartments before, I have never had this much of an issue. The floors here are very thin. So thin that the girl bellow us can hear every little thing we do. We have gotten noise complaints from the moment she moved in after our first neighbors who used to live below moved out. From day one we have been harassed. No matter what I have done to limit any noise that might be bothering those below, it has not been good enough. We even bought rugs, my daughter

These apartments are in a awesome location and we personally had a garage assigned to us. The pool area was also nice. The only few positives I can think of. The first month in our apartment a pipe broke under the sink and flooded the whole kitchen. It took maintenance days to come fix it before we were able to use our kitchen sink again. Then we had to stop using our washer because it was flooding our downstairs neighbor apartment every time we turned it on, some pipe had burst from what they told us. Guess how long that issue took to fix? Like a good month, so we had to go out of our way and

Everything has changed..it looks nice but once you are in it ALL goes down hill! Management changes constantly which is a problem because issues are never heard or addressed, if they are its days later and or incorrect. I did write a wonderful review when things were great and the staff was pleasant to deal with and talk to. Ever since Rachel and her team has left things have taken a turn for not the best... I resigned my lease and now Im stuck

I know I recently wrote a very bad review for the office staff, however, since that last review we have come to an understanding with each other. I have a new found respect for the staff today. They had a Christmas party for residents today and it's good to interact with them. I now can say that I love my apartment and now they staff too.

Do not live here. I have had cockroaches for three months. They have sprayed down my kitchen three times and they keep coming. I live on the second floor so I can imagine how the first floor is. I'm paying rent and have not used my kitchen in months due to being over run with roaches. My kitchen supplies are all over my living room. I found a cockroach crawling up my bedroom window a week ago. What worse is for a month no one did anything. I called and emailed them and no one replied or called back. Then I guess the office manager got fired and the new one got my kitchen bombed. Then a week

Biggest mistake ever!!! Too bad...The list of things that need to be fixed that I presented to them a month ago, not been completed. The few items they have addressed, have been half-assed fixes. My primary concern are the windows in the kitchen. They won't stay up when opened. This is a definite safety hazard! I mentioned this to the leasing manager within days of moving in. A maintenance person came to look at them yesterday and applied a metal clip after telling me the windows would be replaced with new ones. I wonder how long that will take? Also, I paid $49.00 for an assigned

We just recently moved out of Cityscape after a one year lease. I would advise any existing or future tenants to be very careful regarding move out charges. They require carpets be professionally cleaned and your apartment to be professionally cleaned - otherwise, expect a $230 charge. Also, if you put a nail in the wall...get ready for a $100 paint fee - "touchup".
All this to say, we left our apartment in really good condition and got hammered with damages. The company they use (because the office won't discuss directly) states that EVERYONE is assessed a cleaning fee and a carpet

I've lived here for 5 years. We've had many more good experiences than bad. We love the location and that has been our main reason for staying so long. I wanted to write this review to compliment the maintenance staff. We have a new maintenance supervisor and he's been great. He's very professional and does quality work. I hope he stays here for a long time.
Thanks Enrique!!!

I've lived in the complex for 5 years, and it's a great place to live. The location can't be beat, the layout and quality of the apartment itself is lovely, and my neighbors have generally been quiet and polite. Maintenance issues, which are few, have always been dealt with promptly and professionally. When Alliance first took over the property, they did a poor job (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but Rachele has worked hard to turn things around. She's easy to talk with and tries her best to answer questions and address concerns. I'm glad to call this place home...and

The leasing staff is amazing! I had some concerns when me and my sister initially applied here, and I later received a survey. I was completely honest and listed my 2 main concerns in which Rachele got back to me faster then I expected. I let her know my concerns and asked some additional questions in which she was very helpful with. Me and my sister ended up changing our minds and signing the lease. Upon signing the lease Erica the leasing advisor was so amazing and her conversation with me was very genuine. She talked to me person to person and I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything
