I would rate it with 5 stats but my dishwasher has not worked since day 1 when I moved in

I just renewed my lease for another 13 months. I cannot be happier. The office staff is amazing and all the service staff as well. Pam, Lora, and Laura all are doing an amazing job keeping up with what needs to be done to keep residents happy. Of course, not everything will get done however, they always assuring and that makes a huge difference. At my renewal they got my carpet cleaned, changed my dining area to vinyl from carpet. Yes, I had to wait a bit and be patient but it got done. Rent reflects the market rate in this neighborhood and they are still by far the cheapest among all the nearby

The maintenance person hardly shows up when we report a maintenance issue even after a couple of times. I hope this can change.

Having a good experiance with leasing team and maintaince team exclusive for luis he works very hard i f there is any issue in apartment. Sometimes response is little delayed but fruitful because of maintainace guy.

A nice and quiet place to live for the last three years.The location is perfect and close to several major highways and highly rated schools. But the best part is Pam, Lora and Lauri. They have always been so helpful and friendly. Sometimes, maintenance can be slow getting to you but all in all it's a great place to call home.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The people in the office will allow you to live in mold, and bugs, and darkness because they are not responsive to work orders at all. To the point where they attempt to lie to you and accuse you of never even calling. Or not calling “enough.” No place should require you to call for weeks for them to do their jobs. This experience is not unique to me. The neighbors here are quite friendly and outgoing and 99% of them have expressed the same complaints. Don’t bother even touring. I would give this place -5 stars if I could.

It's a decent apartment for the price compared to others in this immediate area. Price goes up with each renewal so eventually you'll get pushed out unless I missed that memo. Ongoing problems with hot water that they can't seem to fix. Water is off every time you turn around and it's very frustrating! The windows are so old and barely function. Heat comes in during the summer and cold air easily gets in during the winter. The appliances are very outdated. They put more effort into over-mowing the lawns and blowing the dirt than they do keeping up the apartments. Don't be fooled by "luxury" on

Nothing but negligence, followed by further negligence. Not only that, but an exasperating lack of communication. Following the big freeze this year, my complex’ water was shut off for a full month, with no updates on progress towards fixing it. Currently, the air conditioning unit for my apartment has been broken for over a month and a half, with still no update as to when it will be replaced. Also, found a massive cockroach inside my apartment, but I took care of it myself as I knew I would have to wait an indiscernible amount of time if I were to allow the management to handle it. I lived at this place for more than an year now. The staff is really friendly, they respond quick and take care of the requests on timely manner. Most of the times I worked with Pam, one of the mangers of the property, Pam is very friendly and easy to work with. Pam helped me to review and resolve all my issues/requests with great ease. The people in the community are good, schools are near by and in a great location. Thanks!
