I was so excited to visit this apartment complex and was fired up to make a decision to choose this property to live. Was incredibly turned off by Yessenia’s nonchalant and blasé attitude upon entering the leasing office. Was not very helpful with providing information on the units outside of the obvious rental fees and costs. Did not like that the tour was self guided because of lack of familiarity of property I wasn’t sure of other amenities. The A2 model was absolutely filthy!!! Nasty sick and bathroom toilet, trash and leftover work tools strewn across kitchen countertops and the floors

I did not have a good experience touring this place. I visited last week from San Diego. I had a tour scheduled but when I arrived I was told there were not units to view...no model unit either. I checked the site after the "tour" and saw there was a one bedroom available for immediate move in. The leasing agent pretty much insinuated that I could not afford to live there because pricing had gone up so much. I definitely felt pre judged as I didn't say what I did for a living or whether or not I could afford current prices. After asking again if I could at least tour the amenities she gave a rushed

They said to contact them for further help I contacted them and they SAID MY CASE HAS BEEN SENT TO FRAUD and I can contact metro PD Fraud division what a JOKE no one was doing fraud this company is a joke ... they just post "help comments" to make the company look good they will discriminate against you don't go here I'm thinking about sue'ing for this incident as well because I'm a legit renter and they totally discriminated and LIED OVER AND OVER FOR 2 weeks while my family was from hotel to hotel trying to get in , thank god we found another property to

We applied to this property 3 weeks ago and have not gotten any type of follow up. We had to be the ones to keep following up since management was not giving us any information/contact at all! I find this very unprofessional. The whole time we kept calling we were getting the run around from Yessenia saying that the background check was still pending when they had advised it would take 10 business days max & its been well passed that and now they are refusing to refund us our deposit. I'm not the type of person to every write bad reviews but I am very disappointed in that way this was

Been here a few months. Absolutely love it. No issues whatsoever. All of the employees are cool, haven’t had issues with wild tenants, and they keep the property super clean which is what I’m most happy about.
Currently in the process of renting, but these reviews were the main reason I was willing to rent site unseen.
Also, I have been working with Yessenia and she has been awesome. Really made me feel like I was renting in a good place, comparable to the awesome people working at The Gramercy, yet to see if they can be beat :)

I've been living here over a year, i just wanted to review the maintenance guys here they are awesome! Today jhoranny helped me out so much. He was very nice and went above and beyond to fix my washer and make sure my AC was running well. I have a brand new baby who was just discharged from the NICU and he needs clean sanitized clothes and a certain tempurature in the house. It's very important for his health to have these things. jhoranny came by and made sure we were taken care of and stayed over 2 hrs to get the job done! we appreciate him so much, very nice guy!

WOW! I am not even looking to move but I was tempted to break my lease after I visited Zezura! I happen to be in the area and decided to stop and I am blown away.. I really felt like I was at a resort! The apartments are immaculate, the amenities are on point and Jessica was great! So sweet, welcoming and very informative! Really appreciate the time she took to show me around even though I am not actively looking to move. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who is moving!

Zerzura has been an awesome place to live. The apartments are beautiful and super conveniently located, plus the staff and management are kind and communicative. Taylor Sanzo especially made the application & move-in process a breeze. The amenities are easy to access, and the complex is always kept clean. Overall a great apartment complex.

I absolutely loved staying at the Zerzura apartments ! I definitely had an easy process to move in , excellent customer service & fast response times to maintenance requests. There's also a manager named Taylor that is absolutely amazing & renders excellent customer service as well. Love the Zerzuras !

I have received great customer service at the beautiful Zerzura Luxury Apartments, especially from Taylor, Yessinia and Bjorn, and the maintenance team. They are highly responsive, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and thorough. Also, when I was previously researching luxury apartments and condos, and spoke to Yessinia via phone, she was my first point of contact, before I met her in person for a virtual and on-site tour, ….she has always been nice, kind, and highly responsive. The Zerzura Team, management and development have been wonderful! Thank you!

I've lived at Zerzura for about three years and have had a great experience. Taylor Sanzo, the assistant property manager, is always quick to respond to my questions and provide help when needed. I really appreciate the type of attentive/thoughtful customer service that she has provided, especially during the ongoing COVID-era. The maintenance crew is also great, they fix things quickly, even when my AC broke a few times during the summer, they came out after hours and got everything taken care of. Overall, management does a good job taking care of the property and making sure that residents concerns

I won't go into detail about the many issues we have had with this place since moving in spring, but we mainly picked Zerzura for the amenities, including the spacious dog park. I understand it's everyone's responsibility and obligation to pick up after our dogs, but seriously? If you're going to have a dog park on site, at least keep up with it and maybe wash the turf down once or twice a month. This is completely gross and not okay. Myself and MANY others have had to come out here and clean up this park on our off days!!! The only time I have seen you guys actually clean it

This was a really nice place to live up until the past year to year and a half. I literally no longer feel safe living alone in my apartment. I see police being called to the complex at least once a week.
My boyfriend and I were sitting in his car talking a few nights ago and we watched one of my neighbors carrying his rifle and clip from his car up the stairs of my building and into his apartment catty cornered to mine. Have been living in Zerzura for almost a year. I've had TOO many complaints to even write about as it relates to other residents and their blatant disregard for lease terms and thus managements lack of response in enforcing them. Maybe I'll get to that later.

The maintenance staff are AWESOME. Super friendly and resolve maintenance issues right away! I give them 5 stars!
As far as the property and location...there are homeless people roaming around on property (building 6 area) and you can hear the Walmart intercom announcements from your apartment.
The tenants...questionable. I guess they are just approving everyone at this point.

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I looked at a bunch of different places before I chose Zerzura. Once I saw this place it wasn't even a choice, the amenities are absolutely amazing. Brandi and Shakila in the front office are so friendly and help you with anything you need. My closet broke because I had too much weight on there which was totally my fault they were not even upset about it they joked around and laughed with me and sent maintenance right away. They took an extremely generous amount off my first months rent too. I could not be more pleased with this place I am so happy I chose to move here

I am a current resident at Zerzura Apartments; honestly, they have some of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with. Along with many other issues; noisy neighbors, aggressive dogs, cars speeding, property damage/vandalism, and mail theft.

WARNING! Do Not Rent from Zerzura Apartments.
I've been renting here for the past 3 years and in the past year since new management has taken over the property and customer service has really taken a horrible downward spiral. The latest issue for me is that a second floor apartment had a flood which flooded my master bathroom and dining area of my apartment on the first floor. The water had been sitting in my apartment for over 8hrs and when I got home from work I noticed it. Called the emergency line and it took them around 45mins to respond, this was ridiculous. Water everywhere and maintenance

Just like Jessica P, I too have been hit by outrageous costs of moving out of this place. I moved in two years ago and they now have charged $669.45 for my carpets and $250 to paint ONE WALL (which was a grey accent wall--with no damage). I touched up the doors with grey paint from maintenance, hired a professional house keeper and cleaned the carpets. The place was spotless when I left it.
After spending $100 of my own money on carpet cleaning (I used the same company Pro Steam that the complex uses) they still hit me for over $900 dollars.
