Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I have lived here for over 4 years because it was all I could afford and it was close to work but it was TERRIBLE decision. My apartment flooded multiple times, ruining my belongings and none of the flooding was my fault. I was told I would be given a new apartment months ago and it never happened. My apartment has appliances that are older than me and never got replaced or fixed. Finally I reached the end of my lease and I was overcharged by at least $100 and now I am being told it will take a month to get it back. This is a mess of a place to live. I do not recommend it.

Very over priced apartments! They took me through a 2 1/2 week hassle … my move in date kept being pushed back … finally got to the day and received my keys to actually get a apartment that looked nothing like the pictures or the apartment I was shown. The apartment is old !! Looks old they just did a horrible repaint job on the cabinets added new carpet and wood floors …. Bathrooms look horrible Washer and dryer dirty with a smell .. washer doesn’t even work properly! I came into all this on the day I got my keys and they wanted to charge $970 for rent like the apartment is NOT Worth that

I want to give a special shoutout to Ms Kristina in the leasing office. She handled my move in process in a matter of 2 days after I was put in a bad situation by another property. She done everything in her power to help and showed real empathy for me along with getting me into a beautiful apartment. I am truly grateful for what she did for me

This place is way better than I expected. And the Front desk agent Kristina is the BEST! I’ve never met a leasing lady this sweet and genuine. She made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her personality is Top Notch & the way she treats tenets is even better! The shower pole was broken on our move in day and it got replaced brand new in less than AN HOUR after addressed!

My experience wasn’t as described in the previous reviews. I was indeed a bit hesitant but I followed my gut and decided to stop by anyways. This was a great decision because I was kinda blown away by their level of empathy. The inside of the office was very chic and I was surprised by the decor. Honestly the outside of the property doesn’t do any justice for the office interior. The staff was very inviting, warm, welcoming.. it totally felt like home. If I️ could give them 0 stars I️ would. I’m just trying to protect anybody looking for an apartment the trouble of dealing with these people. I️ stayed here for 2 years with no problem but after new management took over , I️ started to live in a real life nightmare. They went up on the rent on top of Maintenance& Management trying to cover up issues instead of fix them.

I have lived here for 4 years and have been very pleased, until Monarch purchased the property. I started noticing issues in February-March & it has been downhill every month. The office staff is very unprofessional & rude. I spoke with a District Manager in Alexandria, LA & was assured things will get better. This is not the case. No one will call me back, I have been to the office several times & it is locked & no one answers. There are 3 people working in the office. I have tried to call several other people listed on the Monarch website & of course I get no response. The rent has increased

I absolutely love this community! Affordable, clean, well kept up(grounds), friendly neighbors & most importantly great staff! From the property manager, assistant & the leasing person was a good experience. I went to a lot of apartments in the area looking but because of the generosity, professionalism and how pleasant the ladies in the office were I rented with Afton. So far so good!
