The Zeller

I loved the tour here. Great amenities, Andreina was very helpful on the tour. Gabby and Giselle were very friendly afterwards. I hope my job offer goes through so I can lease!

There are many new, cool apartments! You will love the amenities here: Awesome rooftop, Gym, club house! Maintenance on top of it all and very clean. Good residents, very quiet place. Easy access to I80 and I15
Excellent management team, not only they are friendly and authentic but also very efficient.

This is an early review. I just moved in a week ago, so far it's amazing, I love it! The process of moving in was great. The apartments and amenities are great! Looking forward to living in this nice place for a while!

I’m moving after two years in my one bedroom apartment, and I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived. Things got tough during the pandemic and management went above & beyond to make sure everything was still running smoothly and that things were clean and safe for the residents. The staff in office has been nice & welcoming since day one. Co-residents are clean for the most part and create a comfortable environment to live in. Maintenance comes in a hurry when you need something fixed and they make sure they do the job right. To add they have beautiful rooftop views & an awesome

Possibly relocating to the Sugarhouse area and stopped by the Zeller. I loved the views from the rooftop and the patio looked like a great place to entertain! Gabby and Giselle were so great and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area!

To everyone who is looking to move here, please see pics below how we found the apartment. Actually, it was even worst, we just spent time to clean it. Not sure how come GREYSTAR can't find a responsible and qualified manager who can manage The Zeller like other property management. I wish if I can break my lease and go somewhere else

This place is filled with issues. One day you lose power, the next no hot water followed by bad water pressure, trashed mail room, fire alarms etc. Additionally, due to the area, petty theft and break ins are common. See photos for examples (all taken this year)

Unsafe, care broken into, murders on next street, loud AC where you can't hear anything, poor mgt, staff incompetent. Go to shelter for better experience

Highly overpriced for the ghetto location, and for an apartment in general. They keep raising the rent in the wrong market. There is no spa yet it's advertised, don't let them fool you. If you're looking for a steam room, a sauna, or a hot stone massage, the best they can do is a pool and hot tub. Spa? Nowhere to be found. If you're paying more than $500-$750 for an apartment in Utah, you're getting screwed over heavily, and screwing up the market for all of Utah's residents. My car got broken into right outside the office, on camera, and I haven't heard anything

I attended their pool party recently and it was amazing. The zeller ladies Giselle , Gabby and Andrieina are absolute best. They got the best dip and put the whole event together really good. They were warn and welcoming and made sure every had a great time. Hoping they will keep having this in future and GIVE THEM A RAISE.

It's been an amazing three years living at The Zeller. As a busy professional, having a helpful apartment complex manager is a godsend. Management (Gabrielle) is always willing to accommodate my service requests and will work after hours to complete them. Residents and management at the Zeller Apartments are wonderful, and I would recommend this complex to anyone considering relocating to the city’s center.

Super cute love the community. Easy commutes. Lobby smells amazing and staff is super friendly and willing to help. Giselle showed me around and gave me all the information I needed making the touring process really easy and stress free.

Daniela took great care of us and got us into an apartment at an incredible rate + discounts! She goes above and beyond whenever we have some issues and is always very responsive. Have been living here almost a year and just renewed our lease, the parking situation + maintenance crew could be better but all of the amenities and living off of parleys trail makes up for it. there is always something to do here at the Zeller!

I have been living at the Zeller for a year now and have really enjoyed my stay! The apartments are fresh and clean, and the facilities are just done right which makes living life easy. I wanna give a big shoutout to the staff as well! Kaitlyn has been my point of contact since day one and not only is she very good at her job, and somehow remembering who I am, she is also very fun to work with and getting back to me with any communications! My favorite part of living here is probably the access to everything I love doing: mountains, downtown SLC, etc. I will be moving out because I'm buying a home

Finally a moment to write this review! I moved into a 2 bdrm 2 bath at the end of March. When I first looked at the apartments online I thought that they were really nice but expected them to be a little worn from use. My apartment was perfect as if no one had lived in it. They had patched nail holes, cleaned the carpets and even left a cute welcome bag with a nice stainless steel coffee mug and a cute note.
I moved from a big 5 bedroom house with a garage. Although I got rid of A LOT of my stuff, I still have outdoor equipment a holiday decorations. I was going to rent a nearby storage unit but

My review of the Zeller Apartments will probably be the most fair that you'll see here for 2019, given my prior experience as a resident.

Pros: New apartment complex with some nice amenities, including a pool, workout room, covered parking, storage, etc. Relatively clean and well-maintained. Staff are relatively responsive to general requests and concerns. Good location close to many things within driving distance such State Street and Sugarhouse. Right next to S line train stop.

Soooo many hidden costs! The apartments are really nice, but I just moved in an rent ended up being about $200 more a month than what they initially say. First of all of you want parking it's $50 a month extra, if you want extra storage because there is none in your apartment it's $50 extra. They force you to have direct tv and their internet which is $100 a month for basic. When you go to setup your internet though, you have to buy a modem and router, there's another $300 if you want something nice. The company they have you set this up with is so unhelpful and only open weekdays

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. I would've stayed longer if I could! Everyone in the office is so genuinely kind and pleasant. I always felt safe living here. The parking was conveniently by my door. The pool was lovely and the gym was fully equipped and always clean. All of my guests commented on how nice the complex was. The interiors of the apartments are so luxurious and made my life so easy and organized. I never heard my neighbors. It was very peaceful. I would highly recommend living here!
