I’ve been here since April 2019 and couldn’t be happier. The management staff is great and quick to reply to requests. The maintenance staff are equally as quick, professional and caring. My apartment was super clean when I moved in and I haven’t seen one bug since I’ve moved in. You won’t find a more reasonable price for the square footage. The grounds are well kept, buildings exteriors are painted and look new. The upgraded the lighting in the breezeways and WOW talk about bright lights-great for security. The management office has terrible customer service as well as being dishonest. There have been many reviews on many sites that reflect what I am saying. I really wish I had read all the reviews before I decided to step foot in this horrible place. Life is short, live at a place that values you as a customer. Living here only guarantees you will have undue stress and dishonest dealings with these people. I honestly don't know how they treat people the way they do and then go home and sleep at night. So many good complexes out there, avoid this one at all cost.

I’m not very happy with sevenoaks on move in on sep 25, 2021, room #928. They false advertising two beds but its really one bed room n a room with sliding door. I payed for application $ 125, deposit $400 and get ready for everything before i move in but two day ago I recommended to see Apt first before we move in and i find out the second room is just guest room, it’s not private enough and I decided to cancel it but they said not refund at all for deposit, it’s hurt my feelings because I trust them two bedroom private, I just want them know it’s their fault why not refund my money back

Poor maintenance, unprofessional, unorganized. You can give all the negative adjectives in the world. You won’t believe till you’ve seen it. They were very nice before we moved in, and for a while after we signed the lease. However, they do not show up in a timely manner when a service call is made. It took over 24 hours to have a refrigerator replaced. Everything in my fridge went bad. There was a leak above us and no one mentioned when repairs to my ceiling would be fixed.Take a stroll around the building and you will see how old the units are. The master bedroom is 6 degrees warmer

They just changed water rates. I live alone in 1 bdrm apt and my washing machine doesn’t work and latest water bill over $70!!! What a rip off!! That’s 1 person in 1bedroom apt not using washing machine, so if you have a family you better add a couple hundred dollars to the rental price or your budget will be screwed!!!!! They also charge about $20 a month fee. Kinda like high end apartments but they don’t offer the door side trash pickup like they do. JUST THE FEE!!

These are the first apartments we’ve moved into and have been very happy! Chris at the front office has been so pleasant helping us out from the beginning and each time since that I’ve contacted the office. The one time we needed maintenance (for a minor reason) they were super quick and nice about it.

I highly recommend this complex. The maintenance is great! During the recent storm, we experienced a water line break which started causing flooding at 8:00 pm at night. We called the Emergency line and maintenance was at our apartment within 10 min. Very impressed with how quickly they got the water out and pipe fixed. Good job SevenOaks!

Absolutely love this place. Moved in about a month ago and Chris helped me settle in quickly and easily. She is absolutely a true professional and super sweet. She took care of all of my needs and explained everything perfectly. The rent is reasonable for the location and size. The maintenance crew is amazing, I put an order and it was done perfectly on time. The neighbors are awesome and super respectful, like a family here. Everyone at the office is super sweet and helpful. Probably going to leave here for the next few years until I purchase my own house. I would def recommend this place to my

I am shocked at how many bad reviews are given for these apartments. My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now, and we have had no issues. The office ladies have always been nice to us, and they always leave a notice if they are doing any inspections or anything in our place. These apartments are the most reasonably priced AND they are well maintained, you really can't beat the price and quality around this area. We love it here. For the price and size of apartment you can get here, you won’t find a better deal anywhere near this geographic area. We love the high ceilings and large windows. Kitchen island makes the kitchen useful for cooking and storage. Living behind Kroger is a major win for us! And it’s been nice and quiet the two years we’ve been here. We’re close to all kinds of restaurants and have quick access to the highways. Very pretty grounds and we walk through the path and woods/bridges creek often. Pool is pretty nice and gym was useful for me. No insect problems. All wins.
