Horrible place to live, Management lies and blames people. Driving golf carts and taking photos of people's apartment windows (no privacy). Etc. Etc. If I could put 0 stars I would. Stay away from here.

Lived there from dec 2017- October 2019. Was a great apartment. Cute and clean. The neighbors like most places werent the most charming. There’s children, hardly ever watched by parents running around being obnoxious (but that kids though). And surprisingly police vehicles around there wasn’t to uncommon. The staff at the time was good. We ended up leaving because my brother who was mentally ill needed to move in and the office said no because his criminal back ground, but he was now incapable of taking care of himself and was on social security for being mentally disabled..

Changing my previous rating of a 3 star to a 5 star SOLELY for the fact that to my surprise today they took down the basketball hoop for the quarantine.
Copper River is a decent place to live. Apartments are very nice. All new black appliances, microwave built in, Ethernet outlets all around, nice landscaping, and just overall a nice complex to live in with a friendly staff.
For the people on here complaining that they're rude, you probably did something to piss them off and deserve it. They are the best.
That being said, My only real gripe about this place is the basketball court they plopped

Listen to the reviews when they say management is absolutely terrible. I wasted a ton of time trying to work with these people, more than half the time they never answered the phone when I called, and that is a big red flag when applying for apartments. This place has new employees working there all the time. Don't apply here unless you want to get your time wasted. They only accept people that make a very VERY specific amount of income per month. I cannot stress enough that copper river rental complexes waste people's time bringing people in over and over again to fill out paperwork.

I have had a hold on this unit since this building was being built. When I moved in, during October 2017, there were only 2 buildings and none behind the back fence. I miss that view. The other side of this complex was still being built then. I've been here since. It's my first apartment and I have now two small dogs as well. Unit came with ample space, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and air conditioning.
Kids scream and run around or ride bikes and play on the playground. It can be loud and that's what they do. I don't have kids but I do appreciate the majority of them asking to pet my dogs

I wrote a review when I first moved in Oct 2017 when the complex was brand new. I loved my apartment then and I still love it today. The apartment is spacious and bright. I have had no issues of any kind. The complex is quiet (Yes, kids run around but that's their job!). Yes, the staff have turned over a few times but I think the staff we have now is great. The grounds are kept clean even though the kids liter and maintenance issues are handled promptly.

I currently do not live at Copper River or have even talked to anyone yet. Reading through the reviews, I think a lot of people are very rude and disrespectful. I would not be one to help out either if I was given so much attitude by my tenants. I feel that a lot of people who have bad ratings are just upset that things aren’t working out for them. Maybe the job rate has been high, but maybe it’s because it’s a new place and they need to find the right people for the job. I have a baby on the way with my beautiful fiancé and as we don’t make much at all, I hope I can move into these apartments

I had a wonderful experience at Copper River Apartments when speaking with Rachel, the manager. She was very professional and courteous. She treated me with the utmost respect which is a very hard thing to come by nowadays.
The property itself was beautiful and the tour of the grounds was great. It really sold it for me. Although, I didn’t qualify as this property is income based, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My name is actually Mrs. Desislets, I'm a current resident at the Copper River Apartments. We've been here for nine months already and just renewed our lease because we've had almost no problems here (other than the occasional bump in the road you can expect in any community). Maintenance works very hard to keep the area clean and running, and it seems that the new office staff are settling into their positions nicely. The area is beautiful, right off the Spokane River! Neighbors are friendly and some even try to look after each other, which is a pleasant change of pace.
If i had to complain it

I am a current resident at copper river. I have been here with my children since they first opened my building in October of 2017. We absolutely love it here and will stay until the stars align for us to buy a house. There are so many amenities here that are super convienient; gym, pool, computer room, play ground, bike storage, etc.... the location is amazing, and so easy to get anywhere in Spokane within 10 minutes. It’s also super quiet and you won’t hear road noise. The close trails and deer are a huge added bonus! The office staff have always been nice and timely in taking care of paperwork
