I currently live here at Ashton apartments, I have absolutely no complain. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful on my building. Maitance works very hard and very efficiently, they get things done fast very professional and friendly as well. Office staff is very nice and works quick I do everything through email and that seems to work very good for me when trying to reach any office staff. Since I moved in I’ve had several work orders they all have been worked on the day off and fixed. The pool is by far my favorite. The gym is great good equipment, but it is not 24hours due to Covid

We were waiting for approval on the apartment, we called several times and and Hailey or any front desk person was impossible to get ahold of . Apparently we were Pre-approved so when we pulled out of the application they wouldn't give us our holding fee back. Fine print states that we wouldn't get the refund back unless we were approved , and that we never were. Still haven't received my money back . I've called and no one answers my calls, the last time I spoke to Hailey she stated I would receive a call back from the manager. It's been over 3 weeks now and still nothing

Serene, cozy, sequestered, and orderly are the adjectives that best describe my initial impressions of this community. Below I will add a few of the drawbacks of living here but they are few.
We’ve lived in this community for about one year. We’ve experienced no noteworthy issues concerning our unit’s structure, its appliances, or with the upkeep of the community as a whole.
The office and maintenance staff are friendly but professional; furthermore, any issues that have arisen during my current lease term have been remedied within a reasonable timeframe.
The amenities are not luxurious

If this young man is still manager I warn you to RUN!!! 5 years and I loved Ashton Parc until this thing came along! Had many friends and not one of them had a positive professional experience with Alex Hoagland! Hope upper management will see the damage he has done and do the right thing If he is no longer there by all means RENT! Superb gym, pool and TOP Maintenance!

***Update 10/1/2020*** Sadly things have gone down hill since the previous manager left over the summer. Due to these recent events I have to change my rating, mostly due to lack of communication, and a non-urgent approach to fix problems around the community by current management.
Have really enjoyed living here in Ashton Parc. The amenities are great (like front door trash pickup) and the new management has really stepped things up in the past year.

So disappointed in this place. A single mom and 1 toddler aren't going to ruin the carpet so much that it has to be replaced... dirty it...yes... wear it out..no...it wasn't brand new when moved in but I guess we will pay $500 to replace it. (The carpet had a 7 year life span. We were on year 5 of that 7 so it was close to no good anyways. The actual cost was $1224 but they gave us a credit. Lol) So disappointed.
Not to mention give me false information about who's replacing it. I called their carpet guys and got my own details and facts.
Just know that if you give them a full months rent of

I'm updating my review now that I have moved out and management has changed.

New management is sub-par.. they are sometimes nice and most of the time don't answer the phone or get back to you. This was pre COVID as well.

Not sure what happened to Ashton Parc but landscaping has gone down hill and residents have changed and quality of your neighbors have gone down.. one group of guys from an apartment near me got caught as I was walking back from my car staring into my first floor apartment patio door essentially casing my apartment. (This isn't an exaggeration he was literally

I just renewed my lease for another year here. We've had a pretty great experience so far. I feel safe here, although I am looking forward to more camera security that is supposedly coming this year. Management was transitioning the last few months and it was rough getting anyone on the phone, or anyone in the office that could actually help me with certain things. However, that's to be expected during any transition. I love that this complex is relatively small and parking is not an issue. I would appreciate it if everyone driving within the complex would SLOW DOWN though. If you don

I have lived at the apartment complex for two years now. Prior to the sale of the apartment complex to new owners, the previous management were excellent. As of late 2018 a new management company took over with new owners and it has gone downhill...continually. There has not been a month that has past that I have not seen the local police department respond to some type of an incident at the complex. Prior to the sale of the complex I had never seen local police department on site, ever. Cars have been broken into, physical domestics have taken place, and the noise and quality of residents are

I lived here for three years and it was really lovely. Then FPI Management bought the place (November 2018) and things went downhill quickly. Every time we went in the office there was new staff, it took a month to get some paperwork done and they kept promising to drop it off at my apartment and they never did, they started nickel and diming us, no one was ever in the office or picked up calls - to the point where the voice mail box was full, etc. The apartment was nice, though while living there I had my car broken into and my bike stolen. The addition of a package locker was very welcome because

Lived here a little over 8 months and have zero complaints. It was a really good experience and management was very responsive. Kelsey was always on top of things and took really good care of us. Moved due to work but if I ever needed to move back to Sacramento, this would be my go to.

I couldn't be happier with our stay at Ashton Parc. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a year and it was great. Management was super helpful, always had an answer to every question we had and answered service requests promptly. The other tenants we encountered were friendly and the apartments themselves were very nice. The only reason we moved out was because we bought a house. If we were to ever move back into an apartment, we'd definitely be coming back here.

It's been eleven months (11) of living here. Apartment living is underrated. This address is a good and a well maintained complex. A relatively quiet "upscale" apartments in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Conveniently close to I-5 and I-80 freeways, Sac Int'l airport and downtown Sac. Can't complain Jessica, Kelsey and Tracy are doing a good job managing the complex, though we miss the previous maintenance guys - Josh and George. We just appreciate its amenities, the beautiful lounge, a good size pool and a spacious gym.

Great customer service! I was never one for apartment complexes at this point in my life. However the team here made me feel like Honey I'm home!! I turned down a private house because of the customer service here. Not only that it's clean, quiet, warm and homely! If you have any issues they are responsive in a timely manner. I'm totally team Ashton!!! I'm not one to write reviews but people believe me you won't be mad with your decision here!!!! I assure you! Everyone in that office is great and truly care bout their tenants! It's so worth it.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Such a nightmare. Management does not follow through on requests that tenants make. Tons of trees which means tons of bugs....They call them "luxury apartments" but they are cheaply made, cheap paint, cheap carpet, cheap appliances, thin walls and if you live on the first (and more than likely the second) floor you can hear when your neighbors shower or flush their toilet. Sounds like gsllons of water being poured through the walls and it's so disturbing and LOUD. I regret ever moving here. They're overpriced for poorly made units. Don

Spent the afternoon of Mother's Day here with my side of the family. I haven't been to this park in well over 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that things are still the same but lots of upgrades have been completed.,
Tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, a soccer field and plenty of picnic tables covered by shade structures. The park wasn't crowded, it was clean and all of the facilities we're in great shape. Highly recommend a stop at Ashton Park.

It's been 2 months since last review and since we moved to another building due to rude neighbors. The top floor is quieter than the middle , however the same problems still exist overall. Common sense says if noise created inside an apartment can be heard outside the same apartment then it is too loud. Common Sense and the Golden Rule are not popular values . I was told by the corporate manager that there is a sensor on the market which when installed in a unit can measure the decibels , record them & transmit that info. No one likes to be monitored inside their own home but perhaps

Honestly am surprised at all the negative reviews!! My family and I have nothing but praises for Ashton Parc & its management. Quite frankly, we regard it as our BEST rental experience ever! My daughter is literally giving me a sad face as I read the reviews because we really enjoyed our time there and the ladies in the office. The grounds are kept immaculate and the maintenance staff is really helpful and friendly. There's always someone in the office or on the grounds that you can easily reach out to if needed. The community itself is safe and quiet. The only downside would be the parking

We lived here a total of four years and had our ups and downs. We moved because they raised our rent every year to the point we could rent a bigger house. I think if it wasn't for their shady tactics of pilfering our deposit, I would have gave them four stars. The manager that ran it a few years ago did a great job and really cared about their tenants. The new people here are corporate scumbags. If you do rent here, don't trust a thing they say. Get everything in writing.

All hard working family/ business oriented tenants. The grounds are so peaceful and there is hardly anyone outside. One of the few places you will not see the thug mentality!! Beware that the ceilings are very thing and you can hear everything. However, you don't hear much outside of the apartment. Beware of the tenant in apt #6203!!!! she is an obnoxiously loud, government assistance slob! who doesn't work. She's clearly unaware that people who "actually work" need sleep and don't want to hear her or her fat children making noise.

Glad that I don't have to deal with the idiots, liars, and retards who are suppose to manage the property but they are more like trying to manage your life. Having lived at the apt for 1 and half yr the apt was left at impeccable state when I moved out to our new home near the med center. They however charged 300 dollars for upkeep including carpet cleaning totals almost half that amount with 2 hours of cleaning for a two bedroom apt. I barely spent less than 40% of my time at home because of my work at the med ctr. The property was as new when I first moved in... Anyhow several infarcts on
