I purchased sunglasses for more than $400. They have gotten the axis wrong twice, admitted it, and they refuse to give me a refund. I can’t see out of the glasses. Dr. Jenna Rubies refused to come talk to me as the main decision maker on shift, and instead forced me to work with her front office employee who was not empowered to make decisions. It’s been over a month. They have my $400, and I don’t have the glasses I paid for. Further, I’ve had to come back twice, with both visits being well over an hour. They want to try to make them again. Come on, really?! What a terrible
