Dr Jenna went over and beyond to take the time & come in on Christmas Eve Even though they were closed to address an eye issue I had. Top notch service & they truly care about their patients. I have been coming to this office for years and they are top notch Would highly recommend.

My mom came here for an exam and had a great experience! Dr Jenna is very thorough, professional and passionate. My mom loves her new glasses and the lady who helped pick them out was very helpful and genuine. Overall a 5 star experience and will definitely be coming back

Experience was wonderful. Right when I walked into the office. By far the most theroux eye exam I have had since I left the East coast. I have such piece of mind. All my questions were answered, and explained. There was no rush. I felt like I was the only patient in the office.

I brought my son in for his first eye exam, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Primary Eye Care of Ahwatukee. . Staff is wonderful, and Dr. Jenna is amazing! She was very thorough, and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my son’s eye care!

I purchased sunglasses for more than $400. They have gotten the axis wrong twice, admitted it, and they refuse to give me a refund. I can’t see out of the glasses. Dr. Jenna Rubies refused to come talk to me as the main decision maker on shift, and instead forced me to work with her front office employee who was not empowered to make decisions. It’s been over a month. They have my $400, and I don’t have the glasses I paid for. Further, I’ve had to come back twice, with both visits being well over an hour. They want to try to make them again. Come on, really?! What a terrible

Great customer service! Very kind and helpful associates. Cassie helped me pick out my new glasses, and I love them. She really took her time with me and I really appreciated that. This is a new Dr for me and she was wonderful. I’m very happy I chose this office.

They screwed up on appointment and scheduled me for a different time. And then told not sure why you would think it was 9 when we are not open. Great staff
