Here at Crystal Optical, we love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concerns is explaining what you can expect from our practice. When you are new to our office, we put in the effort to provide you with a positive and comforting experience. Once you have been with us for a while, you can continue to expect the highest level of service.
The health of your eyes matters to you and it matters to us too, which is why we are offering OCT to all our patients. OCT is a new, completely painless and highly advanced screening system that checks for potentially serious conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes, age-related macular degeneration, vitreous detachments and more.

I have been to several eyeglass national chains and nothing compares to the personal attention i got at Crystal Optical in the Bell Towne Center. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to really access my eye needs. When I received my glasses they were very welcoming and this time around my glasses were perfect. No weird dizziness when I put my new set on. It was perfect. I highly recommend Crystal Optical for your eye needs. 5 star service!!!!

The shop is adorable. Clean, well stocked but does not feel cluttered. The staff is polite, friendly super helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Hamideh was a joy. She explained what she was doing and her findings during the exam as well as her recommendation. After my exam I was able to select frames from their large selection. The staff helped me with choices and provided helpful insights. I would definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

I had such a positive experience during my appointment with Crystal Optical. The Dr. and staff were professional and upbeat. The exam was thorough, not rushed; I felt cared for and that is so nice! There is a great selection of eyewear to choose from and the staff member was helpful and patient. I have found my new eye Dr! Thank you

It was my first time here and I LOVED it! Everyone was so nice and professional, but welcoming. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was SO fun, she really makes you feel like a friend instead of another customer. Plus, I definitely can't complain about the cost since my insurance covered 3/4 of it. Will recommend to literally everyone, and they've gained another lifelong patient!

Highly recommend. Dr. Hamideh is really awesome! She is very welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. She is very informative and thorough which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful. Frame selection looks fun, although I didn’t get a pair; I got contacts lenses. However, I look forward to needing new frames because they have a lot of different styles. If you are looking for a new optometrist, I would come here.
