Addison Landing Apartments

This was initially a great place with great employees who I thought cared about it’s Residents. My parents were trying to move into a 3 bedroom apt due to a death in the family, they needed bigger space, and after we had looked at 2 apt and agreed on one, the lady (whose name I forgot) stated she will give us the keys at the end of the month and it should be a smooth transition, but she would have to inspect our apt. After not showing up for 2 days we decided to call the office to find out that they gave the apt which we already agreed to move into, to somebody else! They apologized and stated

I just moved in today and my apartment is infested with roaches !!!!!!!!!!! Very upsetting to wake up in the middle of the night to bugs everywhere . Update : they did their best to resolve this problem nicely

I’ve sincerely enjoyed my time at the property for the past few years. No issues like loud noise or insects (Florida can be a problem at the wrong complex). Management has been excellent in the rare times I’ve had a question. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Apartments are nice and maintenance comes out fast if any problems. My only problem is my loud neighbors. And Parking is hard to find if your not home at a certain time.

Just had 1 of my cars broken into and my other 1 stolen. How..... i have no clue inside a gated community. We moved here from New York, in its been nothing but bad experience with addison landing.

This is my second year at Addison Landing. It is a nice complex. Grounds are kept immaculate. Nice neighbors. Quiet. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. I had recommended Addison to a lot of people I know. My husband and I went to renew our lease and was told that our rent had increased by almost $300/mo. I think that most rental companies would give their tenants a heads up when the increase is that large. But that didn't happen. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income, so keep this in mind, it could happen to you

The overall experience of living here was great. I lived here 2 years. The property is very well kept and the maintenance workers were very friendly. The office staff are also great. Rashida was friendly at the beginning of course to get you in but the last few months of my lease I experienced problems with RentPayment.com and had to ultimately take my payments by money order to the office and that’s when I finally encountered her a few times and she was very rude. At first I figured she was having a bad day but it continued on. The level of professionalism went from 100-0 with her . I hate that

My first APARTMENT!!! I got APPROVED!!! I wish all could feel my JOY!!!! I wanna give a BIG THANKS TO WONDERFUL RASHIDA !!! She was there with me from the start and still is!!! The questions, the calls, the patience and understanding !! I appreciate the guide and for being the confidant i needed!!! Keep up the GREAT work Ms Rashida !!! By the way the apartments are well kept together made for all needs comfort and peace of mind !!! THANK YOU!!!

This is my second review. I gave 5 stars after moving in 6 months ago, and this review pertains to the 4 months that my son and I rented our apartment. We left only because life was calling us and we had to move to another town.
Our stay was a good one. The grounds were always well maintained, we had no problems with our apartment, and the staff were all helpful, friendly, and professional.
The best part of Addison Landing is the other residents. In 4 months we did not meet a single unfriendly person.
Our departure was smooth. No surprises and we got what we signed up for regarding early lease

I'm going to start by saying that from all the complexes I did visit in the area (south westside, oakleaf, orange park) while looking for a new home, this one have the BEST staff I've encountered in the area, perhaps in my life. John was always helpful and patient, treating the guest to make them feel like in home. Also Nathan, from the maintenance staff, was realIy nice and gave us and warm welcoming, he do speak spanish which is a plus for me. The common areas are always clean, the pool isn't that big, but is by far the cleanest and well maintained pool I've seen while I was looking for apartments

Is a nice apartment complex here. I have been here for almost a year. It may take the maintenance team some times but they always get the request taken care of.

Quite possibly the worst place I've ever visited. The staff maintains terrible attitudes. The only way to guarantee a parking space is to purchase one because they keep making open spots "reserved." Cars are always broken into and gunshots are a nightly occurrence. On top of that, you have the extreme pleasure of neighbors blasting music and smoking weed all day. Oh, and one trash compactor for the entire community.


Addison Landing, you are a joke.

I'm so happy that I chose Addison Landing Apartments. I moved here from NJ one year ago. I'd been apartment shopping from January to June 2018 to ensure I made the right choice for distance to work, amenities, cleanliness, and atmosphere. I haven't been disappointed yet! Amanda Gonzalez made my experience so smooth and easy from the first time I met with her. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor makes her so easy to talk to. She's so helpful and genuine!
I'm enjoying my new residence tremendously!
