So far,wonderful! This is the first complex who has worked hard to find me a place to live. The rental office staff helped me through what I needed to put the deposit down. She made sure my apartment was reserved so I could get all the necessary info entered without fear of losing my request. By the end of the day I had my new home reserved. I Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone needing good people to rent from.

Please do not move here! I lived at this property for almost 2 years, my apartment flooded within the first month and it didn't get fixed til a year later! The assistant manager told me that, nothing was wrong with my apartment which was why they didn't fix it in a reasonable time. As a result of the flooding and their inability to do their job, my apartment then created MOLD spores in the areas my apartment flooded in. I've been in and out of the Dr appointments for my health and when I asked to be able to move, they told me I had to pay double my rent! Absolutely ridiculous, corporate

I haven’t even lived here yet but I want to give a 5 stars to the awesome ladies who helped me when I decided I want to move here at the beginning of 2022. Davida and Jenny were so helpful with helping me get on the waitlist and so sweet and kind. I called and they offered me a tour that day. They talked me through the waitlist process and I was able to get pre-approved within a day. Went and toured the apartment and it was absolutely beautiful. Hoping all goes well with moving here but I really just wanted to give a 5 stars to the staff.

My apartment flooded on Thursday. Thankfully, the nice maintenance staff responded and got the clean up process started.
Concerning however, is the lack of communication from the apartment management. Despite their posted hours, it’s been a ghost town around the leasing office. No phone calls or emails whatsoever. Thinking of filing a missing persons report for the office staff because I’m frankly getting worried about them.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I wanted to take a moment to brag on the staff. Miss DeVida has been extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process. I stopped by the office on two separate occasions and was greeted with a warm welcome both times. She was very helpful when explaining the process of the waitlist, she encouraged me to put my application in and within 1 day I was pre-approved. I got the news today that Cahaba Grandview will be my new home, I couldn’t be more excited!

My wife and I lived here for a little over 2 years and have loved it. It is extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, & within 15 minutes from anything around Birmingham.
The maintenance staff goes above and beyond in making repairs and they are always personable with you and the leasing office has always been friendly, also.
I’m partial, but this is the best apartment complex in the city. The residents keep to themselves for the most part and have never had a noise issue.

Jenny had set up an appointment with my girlfriend the day prior then left her sitting outside on the curb for over an hour missing the appointment because everyone in the office had to go on lunch at the same time. Didn’t even take her through the apartment and her coworker was the only one that said anything to her. Thanks for the tour Jenny.

Lived here for a year. Incredibly convenient location and the staff is awesome. They’re professional, responsive, understanding, and always happy to answer any questions.
Our AC started acting up one day and they sent someone same day go fix it. Had the occasional bug but nothing out of the ordinary and some may have been our fault for not sealing away / cleaning food daily every now and then in the kitchen. Nothing “infestation” level, and if so I’m sure they’d do something about it immediately once you call the office. Sometimes parking can get pretty full, but if that’s the worst

We have lived at Cahaba Grandview Apartment Homes for almost two years now and we are very pleased with our experience so far. Jenny and Matt, the management team, have been very responsive to any issues that we may have had. The maintenance team is very responsive and does a great job. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is well maintained.
My only complaint is that there are not enough parking spaces especially on the weekends.
Overall, I would still rate our experience and satisfaction with Cahaba Grandview Apartments as five stars.

I am a new tenant to Cahaba Grandview. When I first viewed the property, I fell in love with the apt layout. The kitchen is probably the key seller as it is gorgeous and roomy! Plenty of counter space and beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. I can't speak about it enough!

I lived at this complex for a year. The apartments are large and have a lot of light, which is great. For the price you are paying it's a great deal. The office staff was always kind and willing to help. However, the maintenance team is SO BAD. I had been having air conditioning problems since the DAY I moved in and for a while the AC was fine, until summer came. In about April of last year, my AC stopped blowing cold air, so I called maintenance to have them fix. They added more cooling fluid (or whatever it's called) and said it was fixed. A week later, no cold air, maintenance "

Cahaba Grandview's complex is beautiful, even while undergoing renovations to make it that much better! The renovated and classic units are all beautiful so you won't go wrong with whichever is in your budget, and you will have spacious bedrooms & closets which was a huge deciding factor for me! Another big deciding factor for me was the office staff! Matt was the first person I met there, and he made my move from GA so seamless and wonderful!! He was super kind and so attentive to any concerns before deciding to rent which made it feel so easy! Moving 3 hours and knowing your move

I have lived here for 2 years and I am completely satisfied. The maintenance team is quick at fixing any issues and my apartment is quiet (due to the fact I'm on the top floor). I see many bad reviews, but I must say I am pleased with this apartment complex. High ceilings and large windows make for an airy atmosphere.

Cahaba Grandview is the worst apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. When we first moved in, the complex was great. However, in October of 2017, the complex was sold out to new management and things have just spiraled downward since. To begin, the fitness center is atrocious. Nearly all of the equipment is outdated or broken. As of right now, there is only one functional treadmill. The other treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and weight bench are broken and have been for at least 4-5 months now. When I asked the leasing office if they planned to fix these things,
