I have been here almost 2 years and have had my AC broken and unserviced at least 7 times. In the middle of the SA summers to right now and they refuse to fix the problem. I have had them come and "adjust" the problem and literally within the next two hours it's broken again. Anything more then a year here expect everything to start breaking down with no support to be given. We asked for a portable AC almost a week ago and have given us nothing after saying multiple times they would bring it. Terrible service.

Let me start off by saying that moving is never easy, especially in times like these when you have to know exactly what you want because time is limited. I almost gave up I hope until I saw these apartments from across the street as I was driving by. As soon as I drove in and walked right into the office I was greeted immediately, and within 10 minutes, Dayna was showing me my new place. On top of new appliances clean living spaces, this place just felt like home. Thank you Dayna for showing me that moving doesn't have to be all that difficult. I recommend these apartments to anyone who's looking

I recently move to San Antonio and started looking for a new apartment. I visited the Oakhampton place Apartments and I was really impressed. The attention was great. Krystal Jimenez helped me with entire process from start to finish. She was really kind and helpful answering all my questions. San Antonio is a great place to live and I’m looking forward to stay here for a while. I highly recommend this place. And thank you again for all the help.

It’s my first time moving into an apartment and I was pretty nervous looking around. The staff here were very welcoming and very patient in explaining to me the whole process and all the amenities that this complex has to offer. Krystel specifically went out of her way to get my paperwork done and answer all the questions I had. The apartment itself was super spacious and had more than what I needed for an affordable cost. If anyone is looking for an excellent apartment complex look no further.

I have honestly loved living here this place is wonderful, I do know the office staff has changed since I moved in. But Maria is so nice and welcoming whenever I call or come in. If she doesn't know something she asks and gets back to me as soon as possible. Because of her I am leaving a 5 star review. But I was considering changing that due to the new assistant whatever her name is. Every time I call she is RUDE as hell and seems like I bother her. And the few times I have came into the office I see her on the cellphone and would rather leave than deal with her.

This is an astonishing apartment complex the facilities and workers are extremely helpful and friendly. Krystal made moving in as easy also the best maintenance crew I’ve ever had at any apartment complex they get the job done right and quick the first time. The office staff is very friendly (Krystal) will help you with any questions in regards of the apartment complex and will help you from the first step to the last before you leave but I’m sure you wouldn’t want to they make this place feel like a home .

I lived here for two years, experienced multiple unannounced water outages that lasted anywhere from 1 hour to 30 hours. I slipped in black mud that covers the sidewalks anytime it rains and is unavoidable. Speaking of, the sidewalks are poorly constructed and pool water constantly (Don't expect to wear white shoes)This is not a gated community as advertised, you need to purchase a non-refundable clicker to get in/out and there is no gate along the side of a trail that leads to a nursing home. The building insulation is poor and during the summers our electric bill would come in around $300

This place. I've never felt so unsafe as a young woman in an apartment complex. We arrived to the construction that we knew about - but we had no clue how horrible it would be.
the construction workers bothering me became a daily issue for the 4 months we were here. even our neighbors noticed it. during the worst of the quarentine they still came every day ALL day. Pounding on the walls for ever, many time we watched them as they weren't even doing anything concerning the building - they just would be hitting the walls. My dog is MESSED UP from the continuous drilling, metal on metal

I have rented many apartments over the years and I am a reasonable and fairly easy going person. My experience over the past year at Oak Hampton prompts me to write this review. Scrolling through some of the other reviews I am convinced management has written at least some of the good reviews.
Not suitable for dogs or those with children. Nowhere to walk dogs without them becoming caked in mud and requiring a bath after every walk when it rains. Dog park is a tiny area with no grass. Nowhere for kids to play that isnt muddy or in a construction zone. Construction crew leaves up many hazzards over

Worst management I've ever dealt with. Yelled at Maitnance, contractors and I was literally in the room. If I could give no stars I would. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. The maintenance men I've dealt with in previos complexes take DAYS and WEEKS but they were quick here up until this beast came in and ran them out. Never leasing again. Moved out after my lease was over ASAP

So this is what I walked into this evening after work. To say I’m furious is putting it nicely. I’ve been here since September and overall had a decent experience. Except this is the second time that people have entered my apartment without notice or any forethought to clean up after themselves. I moved in knowing there would be construction but I showed up today with my blinds in the middle of my living room. I’ve contacted emergency maintenance and left messages for the leasing company to no avail. The first time the construction people entered my apartment I let it slide and went to management

This apartment complex has been the worse experience. I'm ashamed I referred someone here early in my lease. now that my lease is coming to an end I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.. this is more of a "running out of time" apartment complex so you settle. The rich management pay portal they have in place has out dated loop holes they never catch till your late paying rent. The water is constantly cut off in the mornings, yet they are very adamant on paying your water bill, they aren't concerned the frequent shut offs.Youll be lucky to even get notified about a shut

Negative stars! Do Not rent at this complex! I have broken my lease due to many complications and the facility is completely unaccountable. They have been doing construction all over the complex throughout my stay which was less than a year but other occupants have been there for 5 years and they said the same. There are nails and boards all over the floor, which has forced me to replace my tires TWICE! Which the complex will deny and not compensate for. When trying to address the problem the staff will only say that there have been no other complaints. Yet I have called numerous times about the

Our family loves it here! A quiet, and friendly community! Everyone greets you, smiles, and our son loves the dogs/squirrels that live here. The apartments are dated on the outside but completely remodeled on inside! Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and faux wood floors. Feels cozy and safe here. We don't mind the planes that fly over. Parking can get a lil busy but it's ok with me. There is on going construction for the next year here and some next door from the school. From our unit, we don't hear any of it but I can see how that would be annoying noise wise. I

I lived here for about 8 months and had no problems at all. The office staff is great (Crystal is wonderful). They responded by the next day about anything we asked about, whether it be a package being delivered or the move-out process. Even when we moved, they still treated us awesome, which is quite different than what I would usually expect from an apartment complex. I literally made my yelp account just to give them some props. My wife and I lived in these apartments for a year, I had done a lot of research on the place prior to moving in and after visiting several complexes, we decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed.
The apartments are hidden behind from the main street, so you do get some privacy and it's gated. The floor plans on average are roomier than your average apartment and at the time, for a pretty good price. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and they have places where you can walk around pleasant trials.

My boyfriend and I lived at Oakhampton place for 6 months and we had an extremely pleasant experience! From the first day of move in, until the last week- we always felt this place was safe, clean, and a peaceful place to live. The ladies from the front office knew us and would know whenever we had a package or not! Everyone was friendly to our puppy and us! Whenever something needed fixing; the maintenance guy was quick, and helpful! We were on a business contract and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to other businesses for travelers.
