Services
Thank you for visiting UMAX Mortgage. Over the past 15 years, we've witnessed some of the most epic booms and historic busts ever in the banking industry. However, one thing has remained constant throughout these tumultuous times - our desire to serve our clients and help them live better. Hi, I'm Scott Roseveare, president of UMAX Mortgage.
Buying your first home is one of the most exciting and emotionally charged events of your life. However, there are a lot of things our mortgage company can help you think about as you go through the process to make sure. Over the past 100 years, owning rental properties has been one of the top three creators of wealth in America (along with owning a business and inheritance).
Buying your first home is one of the most exciting and emotionally-charged events of your life. However, there are a lot of things to think about as you go through the process to make sure you make the best decision - like getting pre-approved, finding the right realtor, and understanding this concept called 'escrow'.
It's easy to get caught up in the emotions of looking at your next home purchase online, talking to realtors, and walking neighborhoods before you know how much you can afford. For this reason, we highly recommend that you get pre-approved first. This will allow you to better understand your affordability so you don't fall in love with a home that is above your price range.
Over the past 100 years, owning rental properties has been one of the top three creators of wealth in America (along with owning a business and receiving an inheritance). Since most people don't have the luxury of the other two wealth creators, purchasing investment properties has proven to be one of the most successful methods to secure an income stream for retirement.

I have used UMAX mortgage on 2 different occasions (unfortunately) and had issues both time. I would steer clear from UMAX. Save yourself the headache and heartache and cut out the middle man. Just go straight to the lender (bank). My wife and I spent almost $2000 (we really didnt have in the first place) based off bad information we were given from the UMAX broker. STAY AWAY FROM UMAX!

We've used Umax for all of our re-fi needs over the past 8 years. Scott is very thorough and is always on the lookout for a lower rate for us. Over the past two years he has helped us lower our rate significantly, generating incredible savings.

Scott always makes the refi process easy and he and his team are always there to answer our questions.

BEWARE of this mortgage broker. He did not lock our rate when he said he would. He did not follow through or stay on top of our loan process and when rates went up and he could not live up to his promises he disappeared for 3 months not returning emails or phone calls after we spent almost $1000 on appraisals which he said he's return and didn't. He is the perfect case of when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
