I do not live here *thank god* but I have been trying to reach the leasing office for over 2 months now thinking they would return my call in interest to residing here and no phone call yet once returned. I got in my car today to go down there then looked at the reviews and I won’t waste my time with this place any longer. It seems it’s a blessing in disguise to not live here after seeing all of the negative reviews.

Maintenance- this is strictly about maintenance, they deserve 5 stars and only them. Since Sam has been here things get done in this complex. He and his crew work tirelessly each day picking up after tenants who leave messes behind, making repairs and doing replacements that should have been done a long time ago by older maintenance crews. They are by far the best thing that has happened to this complex. They take the time to say Hi whenever they see you and truly care for the tenants. This complex would be lost if they didn't have these guys.

I am not a tenant at this apartment but wished to share my experience as I have talked to over 50+ apartment complexes and this place stuck out as the absolute worst. A critical part of moving is viewing the apartment before applying to any place and yes caution is needed especially with our current crisis. Even with this concern, every apartment complex I have viewed had safe options to tour the apartment. This complex was the only place not willing to explore any options for potential new applicants. Not only do they never answer their phones for questions but they offer no alternative to viewing

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now, and I love it. The ladies in the leasing office are always so sweet, friendly, and helpful! I also love how safe the complex feels, and the complex is located by a lot of great food places, grocery stores, gas stations, and banks. Definitely recommend! :)

This place used to be amazing but since current management has taken over, it has become more like section 8 housing. My apartment wasn't able to be viewed until the day before move in, I got there as the carpet guy was installing new, WET , carpet. The carpet stayed wet for 4 days. The night I moved in, I noticed roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. I lived here for 2 months (that's how long it took to find another place) and during this time roaches were crawling on the walls, ceiling, hiding in the fireplace, and coming out of the air vents. I didn't unpack a single thing and

My main issue is with the people who live at this complex. I don't feel safe walking my dog at night. The police have been in the complex multiple times and we've only been here a couple of weeks. The place smells of pot frequently and the kids are never supervised. The windows are quite thin as well so outside noise is easily heard. There was a lot of damage in my unit when we moved in. Kinda feels neglected and run down, which is disappointing for the price.
My suggestion to you if you are interested in this complex, would be to come and visit a few times at night throughout the week. Parking

Just went for a tour today and we met Cassandra, she is one of the leasing agents in the office. She was phenomenal from start to finish! She was so down to earth and answered all of our questions. For the community itself; it is quite, clean and very welcoming. Met a resident and their family who were very nice! They gave us their opinion on the complex and they love it. So happy we found The Polo Club and Cassandra!
