Shelley Duff, Esq. is a Senior Attorney with Shrager Defense Attorneys where she exclusively practices Criminal Defense. Shelley is a Pittsburgh native and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Shelley started her legal career as an attorney with the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department of Public Advocacy.
Attorney Lyle Dresbold is a native Pittsburgher who has successfully defended clients in front of judges and juries in 20 counties across Western Pennsylvania and in Federal Court. He attended law school at Duquesne University where upon graduation he was inducted into the Order of the Barrister recognizing his outstanding skills in trial advocacy.
Jennifer Marie Popovich, Esquire is a Senior Attorney with Shrager Defense Attorneys where she focuses her practice on Criminal Defense. Attorney Popovich has lived her entire life in Western Pennsylvania and is a Beaver County native.
She graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University in 1999 and then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she served as a legal writing teaching assistant as well as the Lead Managing editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce.Attorney Popovich graduated cum laude in 2002.

Dave is the best. I looked him up and studied his background and I am glad I did. He not only knows the law, he knows how the systems work and he knows the people working in them. I had a long drawn out case that lasted four months and he stuck by my side seeing the process through four hearing and winning the case in the end and expunged the whole incident. Wow who else could have managed that. Life is back on track thanks to Dave and his staff. I can’t thank them enough.

Law firm was super responsive, friendly and provided tons of knowledge. Each person was very respectful, they didn’t treat me any type of way. David heard my case and felt that he could get the matter resolved, which he did. Ultimately Dave got my case withdrawn from court along with filing a petition on my behalf for my recorded to expunged.
All and all I would recommend them to anyone who’s in need of help. This team is super professional and very responsive.

I had Cory represent me for my DUI case. The firm was absolutely professional and responsive, and Cory fielded all of my questions with respect and in a timely manner. He was able to explain things out to me to make sure I understand, and made sure that I was comfortable with any decisions made. This process has not been a cake walk and is very time consuming, though Cory and Shrager made it as easy as possible for me.
