The only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Every time I call they avoid me and I feel like I wasted my time with them. It’s been 1 year and I have no information. I wish I would have went through a more conserving and professional company. The staff here are all horrible besides James Ramous the investigator. I am so disappointed with them avoiding me instead of telling me what it is. Very unprofessional and sends you to voicemail.

I hired Robert Peirce 6 years ago for nursing home death of my mother. had good case but "friends and Family" refused to help. Agreed at once for tiny fixed settlement. Nursing Home knew they were in the wrong. No knowledge of law. Peirce told me I had to split funds with adopted sister never seen or had contact for 45 years and who was completely wrote out of legal will in my possession. I am again waiting and fighting for a return phone call. There too busy advertising on TV and need to take care of us idiots who supported them.

I want to let everyone how wonderful the people are at Robert Peirce & Associates are. I contacted them in September 2017 and became a client of theirs. There is almost no support through a Disability claim!
I had to do MOST of the work that they should have done.
Representation was an absolute JOKE!
You don't get an actual attorney for your hearing...You get a claims representative. This person knew almost NOTHING about me or my claim! I was disabled more 3 years ago and had to settle for 8 months of back pay due to their lousy representation. The representative said 3 words the entire hearing! Did NOTHING to fight for my back pay!

Ashlee Theobald IS the worst person I have ever meat and I grew up in Mckeysport / Bradox ! The day we meat this sub human it took all I had not to hit her but this was for my daughter so I put up with this female of some species YELLING in my face ! I've had other attorneys / Lawyers in the past but I was told this was the best for SSI/SSD claims . WRONG ! WORST EVER !!!Do NOT use them they WILL NOT help you and yours !
