Filing for bankruptcy can be embarrassing and scary. Kenny put me at ease, right away. Everything was explained in plain English, so you don't have to have a law degree to understand it all.
I also had the pleasure of working with Julie Steidl. Between Kenny and Julie, everything went smoothly, and any questions I had, they both answered quickly.

Soso representation waiting weeks for answers hiding facts, not disclosing fees beyond $1584 originally quoted problem is they're still representing me for the time being I'm seeking other sources for the correct answers to avoid being taken for a ride. An honest guy that wants to pay his legitimate bills only the draft I received in the mail is riddled with in accurate impertinent information will see if they get it right in the next few weeks Or if I once again will be abused for someone's amusement I will be back to let you all know the outcome! If you're going to do this

Steidl & Steinberg has a very professional and competent staff. I recommend them. If there's anything that, I would say, needs improvement is communication with the client. The only detractor is the lack of communication throughout the process. A quick e-mail now and then letting us know where we were would have been nice. For instance, we now believe the bankruptcy to be complete because we are receiving “Review Us Now” emails. We have no definitive communication to that end. Just to be clear, this is not a negative review by any means, I’m not unhappy with them, it’s just a thought.

Ken Steidl handled my chapter 13 bankruptcy, even after the case was discarged, and he got paid, Mr. Steidl responded to my calls 5 months later to explain to an underwriter the complexity of my case in order to get a loan. He could have just ignored my calls.... but he didn't!

Kenny steinberg took the time to talk with me and give me guidance on my next steps to repay my debt. I talked to Attorney Steidl on two different occasions over the past couple weeks and twice he told me it would cost $1100 for my bankruptcy. I agreed so he had his secretary set up an appointment with his office in Washington.
I got to the office today and in less than 5 minutes he told me that it was going to be $1535. When I told him that Attorney Steidl told me it was only going to be $1100, he told me that Steidl was wrong, Chapter 7 bankruptcies always cost $1500.
This contradicts the statement above: "Just last week I charged people these varying amounts for a Chapter 7 case, all

If you're looking for a response, DONT contact LAUREN LAMB !!! Provided her with ALL the documentation she requested, then sat , sat and sat waiting for her to respond to emails, phone calls and received NOTHING...3 weeks of silence after our initial meeting. After calling and asking another associate to forward all paperwork back as we were seeking other counsel, Lauren responded via email stating she would then " stop working on the case".... Gee, I didn't know you ever STARTED "
