Can’t say enough wonderful things about that end of the experience. They took the pressure off a horrible situation, were kind and understanding, always responded to questions and concerns and made it possible to concentrate on recovering without the added worry and stress involved with the insurance company. Everyone from ES&A were 100% professional and handled our case promptly. They were courteous and answered all of our questions and dealt with any issues that we ourselves could not handle. Carly especially took our calls at all hours of the day and checked on our status not only concerning the case but my wife's recovery as well. Our 20-year-old son was involved in a serious head-on collision with a drunk driver. Brad Trust and Mary Grimm took the case on our behalf and got us the compensation we needed.
