The apartment grounds are always kept up and the apartments are very standard apartments. Very nice flooring. Nothing bad like previous reviews was noticeable when we toured the property. The front office staff has always responded in a timely manner and fixed what needed to be fixed. Of course, there are issues but show me a complex that doesn't have any at all and I will move there. Gates are always closed which is not like any other property I have lived in. Lots of kids for mine to play with and pools are very nice. I will definitely renew.

Poor poor poor management!!! Please save your time to respond with “thank you for my time” it is obvious a you don’t care about the reviews ….. rather use that time to manage your property! Pick up trash, clean up the dumpster area and fix the broken ac units that people are waiting on to get fixed for months! Maybe the corporate office should take a closer look at their investment that is so poorly managed!

It as been hell!! I just moved into this place giving them the benefit of doubt and to my surprise they live up to their negative reviews. A day before I was suppose to move in they called and said my unit wasn’t ready, finally move in the AC needs to be replaced, nothing on the make ready has been repaired and to top it off I wake up to holes at the bottom of the trash this morning ! I have mouse/ rat in the apartment. Beautiful property poorly maintained by management. I will not be renewing my lease. They don’t care about their tenants.

I'm currently living here and my lease expires in September. My experience here has been less than desirable. I can not get maintenence issues resolved and I have issues that I have brought to the manangements attention from my move in inspection. It is really hard to get any returned phone calls or issues that you leave on the answering machine. Things like water leaks, A/c issues that would normaly constitute an emergency are dealt with like insignificant issues with little to no updates or urgency. The contract goes both ways, and I'm considering filing a law suite to address the inconsistencies

Lived here one year. Walls and floors are made of paper and you hear absolutely everything. Two different residents above me sounded like a heard of cows. Maintenance doesn’t keep up with repairs at all. Currently dealing with having to wait 30-45 days for a refund because they charged me 600 more than what my final payment should have been. If you’re one day late paying rent they charge you 10% you’re rent but if they screw you it take 30-45 to get you you’re money back. Would not recommend these to no one at all

Management dos not have idea how to deal with clients and all is to get advantage of people’s situation . Place is dirty, never fix issues from the moment of renting and deposit was taken and not given back. Dishonesty and out of the dark robbers are all the people managing this complex. They rob and don’t get punish at all. They are flexible in renting the apartments for people who does not have much credit but the take full advantage of it. If you can lol for other places Please DO!!!
