Charlie was wonderful to my fiancé and I. She goes out of her way to help you. The owner is really great too, he assures the apartment complex is maintained and he even will do it himself. Our neighbors were always so kind and welcomed us to the many BBQs they had. A wonderful complex overall.

I took a 13-months lease here. I felt extremely safe in the area and on the apartment grounds. The units are elegant and appear well cared for. The few staff are helpful, especially Charlie. She is the property manager and made me feel welcome to reach out to her with issues no matter the time of day. While on the matter of issues, I hadn’t experienced a single maintenance concern during my entire lease and pest control is performed regularly. There are no amenities, but the rent is very fair. I lived here for three and a half years, from 2018-2021. I ALWAYS paid my rent on or before the 1st of the month. According to the letter the owner Mike, the owner, wrote for me, I always maintained my apartment and he never had any issues with me as a tenant. And YET, after all that he saw fit to take $300 off of my deposit money, claiming that there was an administrative fee of $100 and a broken blind. During my time there, the staff thought so much of me that they used my apartment to take prospective renters through and show them how nice their apartments could be fixed up. Maybe 100 people

I went to get a tour on their apartments and they were brand new and clean! The project manager (Charlie) that gave us the tour was sooo sooo nice and funny! She was very down to earth and I also got to meet the owner of the apartments and he had great energy as well! So if you are looking for some apartments with great people to rent from then this is definitely the place! These people are the type of people that I would want to rent from!

I been living here for going on 2yr and i just love this place.. My family and i moved down from Chicago IL. Every since finding this place its a very nice clean, beautiful, respectful owners.. The Owner Mike is a very awesome guy. Definitely a big help and respectful. Also the Property Manager Charlie is a gal to meet.. She do a great job. She handles business. If i can recommend any place in the Augusta Georgia/South Carolina area this is the place to come live. Sincerely One Proud Tenant!!!!

This is the most beautiful place with the most beautiful people! Mrs. Charlie, the property manager, is the best. If you have any problems or questions she is always there to answer them quickly and effectively. Very professional but also friendly and welcoming. Great play set for the kids, plenty of grills and a bonfire pit. The area is perfect and get to wake up to palm trees out my window which always starts my day off right. You will love it here!!!

Everything Joannah said in her review is 100% accurate and we experienced nearly the exact same issues. Well, except for the candy wrappers, that's pretty creepy. Thankfully, that didn't happen to us.
Be aware, though it says "Luxury" apartments, they're far from it. A lot of the items are old or of cheap quality and will break. More importantly, though, management will not fix the items. Or if they do, they will not do it right and it will break again. Finally, you will be left to foot the bill from your security deposit and beyond in some cases.

I lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! It was just myself and my boyfriend who lived here, but it suited us well. It's very close to downtown North Augusta, which I took full advantage of with regular walks to the downtown area. The apartment was perfect for my needs with two average size bedrooms and a good sized kitchen. Big windows with good views, hard wood floors, and a quiet community (with plenty of parking)! I would say the bathroom was a little small, but definitely doable. I didn't have to contact management often, but when I did, they were quick to respond

The apartments are nice and new! but the power bill is a nightmare in the winter. If they make move in deals or move out deals please make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing. they tried to stiff me on my deposit after leaving i had to call for 2 months and had to make legal threats in order to get my deposit back. the Owner is rude and went through 4 rental property manager while i lived there and i was only there for a year!
