My wife and I have been living at The Downtowner since February; we have never lived in a nicer complex. The apartments are recently remodeled in a nice modern style. The floor plan for the 2bd 2bth units offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living area which for us is perfect. Both bedrooms are spacious with enough room for a queen size bed, the closets are also walk-in closets with lots of room. There is a full size coat closet behind the front door, and a linen closet outside the second bathroom that is also a walk-in. The kitchen features a moderately sized pantry (with a light) and tons of cabinet

My aunt/uncle are multi-year residents, and they were just told they can not have a plant on their landing (porch). If they do....they are in violation of their lease. What? This is ridiculous!! Plants add character & color. For a Mgt company to say they will evict you for making your home a bit nicer is Reprehensible!!
