It needs a lot of improvement, parking lots are very close and tiny, total makeover...I'm sure the residents would be more comfortable and appreciate it.

Was with someone who was visiting a friend who had recently moved with grandchildren there. Was outside within the vehicle during the visit.
Looked as if were newly renovated. Attractive colors painted on the outside. A number of children present during that Sunday afternoon. People of all ages within complex at that time.
Edit: Would be nice to provide stimulating events that better children, young adults, older mature adults and the adult in general.
Or sponsor park events keeping many busy there where boredom doesn't set in any population in environment. Verbal survey as not need to write

I Don't Even Live There And When I Drive Through There Its Scary Because You Never Know What's Going To Happen. So Many Males Hanging Around On The Street. I Feel Bad For The Parents Who Have To Raise Their Kids Out There. I Literally Drive Fast As Hell To Pass There Apartments To Get Home To My Apartments Which Ain't No Better. Its Just Sad. They Need To Fix It So These Little Babies Can Live In Healthy Environments.

I visited an old friend from elementary school and a police was asking me stupid questions like "why do I have my keys in the car"! Good God can I just smell the roses"

Seeing that this was my first time moving out on my own and didn't know the area AT ALL, I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex . It really isn't a good area . Fights all times of the day, people AND kids in the roads all day everyday (with no parental advisory). My first day here my apartment wasn't move in ready. It was infested with ROACHES (omg DISGUSTING). A lot of things needed to be done. Neighbors are nothing but thieves (yes I've had packages stolen and was informed of who did it by many of people) . You wouldn't feel comfortable walking out of YOUR front door .
