Feel like I’m living in a trailer park.. Neighbors are so loud and rude and all management says is “they’ll call and speak to them” walls are thin so I can hear everything! The place is really nice I’ll give it that but it’s a horrible environment.. and don’t get me started on parking! It’s non existent, so much traffic in and out, it’s a different car in front of my place every single day it’s ridiculous. Really not sure if I’ll renew lease unless I get new neighbors and who knows if that will ever happen and if we get assigned parking spots.

I am trying to contact Tiffany, no last name because Billie in Augusta Georgia refuse to give me that information. I am inquiring about the $150 admin fee, I have an applicant that applied for an apartment Bernard Johnson, he is 92 years old plus a Korean War Veteran. When we did the application it stated the $50 was non refundable but did not say that for the $150, I called the office because they said he would not qualify for a one nor a two bedroom unless he had a roommate. Well he does not want a roommate and I called to let them know that and asked for the refund. They advised me that because

Ms.Dee is wonderful, we had so many issues with the movie in process but she was clam and delt with them all. I think she need a raise👌🏾, wonderful customer service as well. She made sure to look over the apartment as well and take some notes as to what may need some attention. Ms.Dee I appreciate your assistance.

They are rude and inconsiderate. If you have problems with the neighbors, all they do is tell you to call the police. The police can't do anything about it. As far as maintenance goes, if you have an issue then they say "maintenance is backed up, they'll get to it when they can." Like really?! It's always the same excuse. How about I'm backed up, I'll pay rent when I can?! Worst place ever. Especially for the money you pay!

PLEASE save your time and money by moving to this place. I have sent emails and spoke in person about things needing to be fixed MONTHS ago, yet they still aren’t fixed! They say due to covid they’re reducing risks of entering properties, yet we are still paying rent on time for things that aren’t working. Might I also add, the things that needed to be fixed were reported MONTHS before Covid-19 was even heard of. I'm currently stationed here. Billie has presented herself with the upmost respect and professionalism. If I had an issue she handle it promptly and in a timely manner. Only issues is parking and they can't control that unless there a plan in place. But overall I love the areas.
