Do NOT move here! The management is terrible, they will outright ignore your calls and e-mails. Their maintenance staff is kind but these apartments are falling apart, they're so dated and not kept up well. When something DOES go wrong or fail, management is HORRIBLE about how they treat you and will avoid you.

Got flashed by one of the residents that live here while visiting a friend. This man literally walked around the entire parking lot naked and many people and myself even reported what we saw to the head office there and never heard back from them. Just imagine if someone kids had came outside at the time this had took place, so sad and very disturbing that this was not taken care of.

Me an my boyfriend applied for this place , they told us it was somebody else was about to apply . They gave us a run around saying the credit came back as something then the background check came back as something else . DONT NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS they took our money knowing we couldn’t get the place they lazy here and don’t know how to do they job right , I got two kids and needed a place to stay , they just money hungry if I can write them 0 stars I can worst customer service ever and they don’t answer the phone !

If you want a human fluid stained apartment, move into one of the many vacant ones the Property Manager has had personal relationships in. From residents to employees, there’s no shortage of these apartments as the manager is still employed. Maybe you can even get a discount for the stains.
Let’s not forget the plumbing pipe from the 70’s that’s sure to bust and leak all over your apartment, so get your renters insurance and mold treatment ready. It’s sure to be a wild ride.

Beautiful experience, was easy for me to get in and started living there, the environment is close to everything you need, food, shopping and many more. Most important the receptionist are so friendly, ember and Amanda are really sweet . And the repair guys will always make sure they fix any problem you got . Nice place to live generally. Quiet, save and peaceful

I lived here from August- December 2018. I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no other option. The only good part of this place is the manager, Amanda. She is the nicest, most helpful lady, but this company & the apartments are not great. I notified them multiple time of lights around the property being out, they never fixed them the entire time I lived there. I had mail stolen off my porch. There were nights someone tried to jiggle my door handle, that was not comforting. I was approached by beggars and sketchy people in the parking lot. I felt absolutely uncomfortable to take
