Renting an apartment with Pinewood at National Hills was done easily due to the very kind and very helpful leasing agent, Arelys Rodriguez. I had/have a lot of questions throughout the entire process, and she was always there to help me whether it was by email or phone. Our newly updated apartment is nice, and I'm excited to see the changes they implement in the upcoming months.

I am a new tenant and I'm impress with the leasing process and the apartment. Nicole was very helpful throughout the entire process. So far everything has been great, including the maintenance guys. I gave it a four start because certain things were changed that I believe should have been done before my move but I must say, the apartments are having a complete makeover with new counter tops, dishwashers, ovens, range, lighting etc. I must admit I'm really loving my apartment now.

I have lived here for over two years now. I absolutely love the property and what they are doing with the current renovations in my apartment. Nicole the property manager is a complete and total sweetheart. Since she has become property manager you can see the changes in the community and I’m here for it. Anytime I have questions she is always willing to help me. Also the maintenance guys are great anytime I have any type of issues they are on top of my problems within 24 hours. This has been for the most active management company I have seen and completely involved with what’s going on with

I came in for a tour on Saturday 3/27/21. The young lady Nicole was so sweet and welcoming. She went above and beyond with answering all my questions and even gave me information that I didn’t ask for and she gave me brochures of what the property offered. I loved that she knew the property and that just gave me a positive vibe. I will definitely be applying for pinewoods one bedroom. Thank you again Nicole for the positive experience you’re a gem. ☺️

I really enjoy living at Pinewood at National Hills. Caleb and Nicole, along with the rest of the staff is are super helpful and always courteous. Our concerns are always immediately addressed and taken care of, even if it means calling I'm professional assistance. The grounds are always well maintained and looking good. I would definitely recommend Pinewood to anyone looking for a home.

We moved here a little over a week ago and I can’t tell you how happy I am and how much we love it. The 3 bedroom 2 bath has plenty of room and is beautiful and updated on the inside. Lots of storage space and the master bedroom is huge. It’s a quiet place and everyone here, staff and residents, have been super friendly. One of my favorite things is the patio with the big yard area right in front of it, lots of room for kids and pets to play outside. The apartment was super clean when we moved in with brand new carpets. Overall it’s just been a wonderful experience and we are so happy with
