Very disappointed in Crystal nails. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half and always make an appointment. I usually have to wait for at least 30 minutes which is annoying, but this weekend I made an appointment and waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They kept saying 5 or 10 more minutes every time I asked and at one point they took two people ahead of me that came in after me.. I just left after that. Don’t bother making an appointment because they never respect your time and you will have to wait. I will not be going back ever again. This is how you lose loyal customers. They should

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They burned eyelids with wax!! I returned after my eyelids were scarred and hurt when I touched them, to tell them about it, and they wanted to argue and tell me it wasn’t from wax instead of being considerate and admitting fault. TOP OF MY EYELIDS ARE NOW SCARRED AND IN PAIN. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

The first time I went in they were super nice and my nails came out great!! The second and last time I’ll go in because I got a set of uv gel nails and two of them broke within less then 24 hours of having them. I called they said a “manager” wouldn’t be in till Wednesday. They did nothing about it when I called them. I paid 85$ for nails that broke the next day.

Once I made an appointment and had to wait 2 hours with no explanation no apology. All the staff does not wear mask , customers also. The are also very expensive. This might sound funny but I have to do a Pre pedicure before I go get one . I can never get a good pedicure at the price of $38 plus tip😔

Judy is the absolute BEST. I love her and I got my mom to start seeing her too. She’s amazing and will always be my #1 pick for pedicures and manicures. Everyone here is also very good at eyebrows as well. I only don’t give 5 stars because of wait times. Especially if you don’t have an early appointment. Otherwise I’m always happy walking out of there.

I took my 9 year old daughter for pedicure. It would be her first time at the spa. After 5 minutes being there, my daughter told me she has already headache from the strong smell. Boy, they need to improve the air movement. The smell is strong and awful. Place is also very dusty and dirty. I can't say much about the service as we left after few minutes

I’ve been visiting this salon for 5 years. My past two visits since Covid have been less than enjoyable. My hope is that they gain back some of their qualities I loved before. This past visit I called ahead of time to have my minor issue fixed with an acrylic set done the night before. I was told to come right in. After being told it was going to be a couple minutes... I waited for 25 and walked out. I assume they were waiting for the young lady who did them previously to finish up. Yeah, I hated it. They just tell you what you want to hear, but have no intention of fulfilling any commitments. Do you really want a business owner with questionable ethics to touch your body? Do they actually sanitize all the tools after each customers? There are much better options available and I recommend the higher rated Google reviews of nail salons in Newington

I went in not knowing what colors I wanted Nd the woman there was so patient and sweet. She helped me pick the colors and the length of the acrylics I got. It was only $45 and she was extremely precise with what she did. I could see she took pride in her work. I would recommend them to anytime and everyone.
