Our Organic manicure includes all special organic aromatherapy masque, collagen gloves, lotion and hot stone massage. Your nail care also consists of cuticle removal, jelly soak, paraffin wax, relaxing hot towel wrap. Enjoy 20 min. This manicure includes your choice of any aroma sensation: Milk & Honey, Lavender, Tropical, Aloe Vera or Cucumber; mud masque, paraffin wax.

Love love loved my time there! It is under new management so I had to post an updated review. Vena is the sweetest! She and her husband helped celebrate the occasion with champagne!!! My nails turned out stunning!! This place is popular so secure a spot by calling in for an appointment! The salon is really clean and put together. They’re also well staffed which is awesome. Staff is being trained to provide a new nail technique of using gel. Will be back :)

Quick and a great service. Had nexGen dip. I was not charged extra for silly ad-ons, nor was I pressured into more expensive services that I didn't ask for. The salon was super busy but they were still able to get me in. The tech did a great job, my nails were a consistent thickness and length. The tech also did the service without getting product all over my hands! She cleaned up under my nails and I didn't have to ask! (The last salon I went to had my hands looking like I played in mod-podge! The product was caked up under my nails and along the sides and cuticle area. It was a mess

Luxurious nail salon. I am diabetic, so I go there to get pedicures (it's very important for diabetics to take care of their feet and nails, I consider it healthcare). Very skilled and careful personnel. Pedicures include foot and calf rubs with hands and warm rocks. Very comfortable massage chairs with whirlpool foot bath. Treat yourself, you will love it!

I walked in. Was seated and waited and waited and waited. No one bothered to acknowledge the wait or even offer something to drink. There seems to be no organization as to who goes next. There is staff walking around but again not a single person acknowledged my wait. Would not recommend this place.

I used to spend every pay check here!! But I had stopped because school etc. I feel like I should have a type of discount when I go in, before I had completely stop going they would charge me for long nails when I tell you I know they weren’t long because well I have to work soo.. yeah I’d have to pay extra for long when they weren’t at least medium but I know for a fact they weren’t long. I love the techs I probably know all of them they are so sweet and I make sure to leave a huge tip when I went. But I don’t know, don’t charge long if you know they aren’t long literally scamming

Extremely disappointed with this place, I came on a Wednesday to get my nails done and by mid day Thursday they were already chipped and peeling. I called and spoke to Jason who promised me a refund (later to be disappointed). Came back on Thursday to get them fixed and Leslie fixed them but, after washing my hands at the salon and before I could leave the door they were smudged again. All the employees immediately went to the back room so I could not even tell anyone. Went back Friday to speak to the manager because I was charged $75 dollars for a simple colored French tip design, but was told

The pros: nice, clean, "upscale", lots of choices for colors. The techs Ive had for nextgen are really good and fast.
Ok, here are the cons: be prepared to be up charged for things you aren't up charged for at other salons.
If you want anything but plain, old school square nails, then that's an up charge. Want the corners slightly rounded, "oh, that's coffin shape"...um, NO, it's not. Do your nails extend ANY past

So after continuing to go here for a while I've noticed that that customer service has gone DOWN HILL FAST! After canceling an appointment without notice, I've been very reluctant to never returning to this place. I really like the pedicures but this may not be enough to make me keep returning. Not to mention they have went up in price and removed some of the services with each pedicure. This is just a shame.

DON'T GO!! Save your money and go somewhere else. This place lack customer service skills. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. He can care less about the customers. The money the owner put into making the place nice , should be invested it in a customer service class for herself and staff. There's only a few people who do a okay job on your nails. Be careful, they like to drill and buff your nails alot. FYI! If your nail is over your fingertip. It's considered long nails. I will never go back to this place again.

Went here for a full set and pedicure. Jason did a good job on my feet but the women who did my nails picked the wrong color entirely. I said #83 very light natural pink and I got hot pink Barbie nails, not at all what I wanted. On top of this she cut me twice and I bled! She didn’t even fully dip my nail so the bottom towards my cuticle I can see my natural nails. Please don’t waste your money here it was thee worst experience at a nail salon.

Terrible! Used to be my favorite place but loyalty is obviously not important to them at all! I had an appointment with the same girl I always use but they said someone else came in and asked for her so can someone else do my nails? Really??!! I'm the one who had an appointment! What good are appointments if you're gonna do this??!! I will NEVER return. I really loved the girl who did my nails but the manager guy needs to take a course in customer service. He's very much lacking to put it nicely.

Walked in for dipping on nails! No plexi glass partitions & I should have left. Another lady came in after me & should she no partitions & the girl said no & she left. Smart lady! My girl killed my cuticles but did an ok job on my nails. She had a runny nose, got up & went over to counter to blow her nose, DID NOT wash her hands, brought the dirty Kleenex back to our table & laid it next to her cell phone which was across my from phone. This is a fabulous place. Been a client since it opened. Staff has always been clean and attentive. Snow is my nail tech. She does a excellent job at nex-gen nails. Leslie is a must go-go pedicure gal. Both girls thorough and kind. I have done a bridal party nails/toe pre-wedding gathering, (pre-covid) and the event went perfect. The owner was there, champagne-mimosa for our ladies. However, my daughter had one bad experience recently with a new gal by the name of Tiffany. Ignored for half hour after they put hands in a bowl, poor job with gel removal, and way over charged. Over-all I love this

I previously went to this nail bar and I had a wonderful experience with Megan. She did a great job on my nails and I loved them!! Very kind and gentle. I recently got my nails done by Snow. She is talented and did my sisters nails, however, I don’t prefer how she did my nails this time. I asked for an ombré with short coffin shape (I asked for but she said it would look ugly) and the ombré came out as more of a french tip which I didn’t like. Mind you, I was not informed ombré was $15 extra. Fortunately, I can pay for it, however, it’s better to inform a customer who asks for something

Made an appointment for acrylic nails and eyebrow wax. They didn't care to apologize or email or call me to tell me the one and only person who does acrylic fills left for the day. I decided to wait for my eyebrows to get waxed. Waited 20mins for them to finally realize that I was still waiting. Very upset and disappointed.

The nail tech argued with me one the color! I told her the more powder she added, the darker the color got and I was not happy! She told me she followed my instructions and had to add extra layers which changed the color and thickness. She added the top coat and said wait for 3 mins and you can leave. There was powder under each nail that needed to be cleaned and harden powder on the side on my nails. I will NEVER go there again. AND she starts speaking to her co-workers and they come over to see my nails. I have when you know they're talking negative about you. CAUTION at this nail

Went here before to get my eyebrows done and it was good. Went in just now to get my nails done for my graduation and literally no one acknowledged us. There were two people sitting in the back on their phones and they didn't bother to come up and do anything. Probably won't return if this is the kind of customer service to expect.
