Literally every time I come here I end up leaving disappointed. Below average abilities to do a basic request. Wanted a basic glitter on top of black for New Years, had picture examples, and ended up with a line of gel polish not blended in the slightest bit. Not happy at all. Pictures are what I requested vs what I went home with.

I am a regular customer and have always had a good experience. Today I went in for a manipedi and took my son in for one, also. My son has a traumatic brain injury and cannot speak. He has to text to communicate. In between hands he wanted to communicate about how wanted one of his nails done. As he was texting the "manager" came over and summarily re-assigned the nail tech. She protested but he insisted. He did not say one word to me...absolutely no explanation. My son was humiliated. When I went to pay I asked for a discount since he only got one hand manicured. The "manager" said the manipedis

So this was my 1st time, recommended by my cousin that they are awesome. I tried it out today. The best part is the Manager Eric… he is awesome in giving you guidance about the best stuff and have some time to decide. The pleasant music, the ambiance and the staff are so pleasant. Totally loved it❤️. What you pay is what u get for sure here.
