Urban Lash & Nail Spa

I got a mani pedi here for the first time over the weekend and was happily surprised at how well my nails turned out. I got a dip ombré manicure and am so happy with it!

The only reason I am giving this a 4 star review is because prices for pedicures need to be updated on the menu that is given to customers in the store. The pedicure that I thought I selected was $25 per the menu I was given. But when I went to pay I was actually charged $50 for the pedicure . And in my opinion, that is a major difference and had I know, I probably would have selected a different pedicure.

Hao is fabulous!! She always does a great job on my nails 💅 and is super friendly!! The gentleman that answers the phone, books appointments and greets you is always pleasant and fun to chat with.

I’m usually not one to complain or be picky about my nails but this was unacceptable. Lady doing nails was very rushed even when not busy. Worst nail experience i’ve had by far. She left my nails like this as the finished product. Luckily the man at the front desk and another nail tech helped fix them up a bit, however still disappointed. This place really went downhill.

It was about 11am when I went in for my appointment. The lady was very rushed. It was not busy. She cut me twice. I had to ask her to clean up under my nails because the product was stuck underneath. I ended up filing them myself and getting the glue out. Well most of it. Going to take a few days to get the rest to fall off. Feels like super glue around every nail. Very sloppy. I paid and will try to deal with them for the next 3 weeks….

This salon has been great. They are always willing to help and go over and beyond for customers. I’ve never had to wait and always treated respectfully and kindly. Always pleased with my nails! Highly recommend!

I have been going here for almost a year, I've seen alot of people come and go, but once the new owners took over, you can tell a difference. I usually use the same tech, she's absolutely wonderful. I always request her and she does my nails pretty much perfect. She's the only reason I'm giving this place two stars and she's been there before the current owner. The current one is rude and makes you feel like you're putting him out of place when...you're going there for a service? Why be in the business if you hate it?

I went there on Sunday, 11/21 for a dip manicure. The manicure was very fast, I was in and out within 30 min. I noticed they did not use any sort of base coat for the dip. By Monday, 11/22, I had one cracked nail, on Tuesday, 11/23, I had an entire nail chipped. I called them on Tuesday to ask if I could get them fixed. They said they were busy, which I understand during a holiday week, but they took me in on Wednesday. I asked the man who fixed my nails why they didn’t use a base coat and he said it didn’t matter and that whoever filed my nails just filed them too thin. He fixed my now 3 chipped

Today I had an appointment and three people walked in I could tell my technician felt rushed so I timed the message. I paid for 20 minutes and got 10. This is not ok nor is it the first time this has happened. She was so rushed she did not add a base coat nor a top coat so my $48 dollar pedicure should last a week or so. My appointment should not be rushed because someone is waiting. When I spoke to the gentleman at the register he argued with me. I've given this place two chances and it's been a 'fail' both times. First trip I got a mani (NextGen dip powder) and pedi. The mani was good and extremely fast. The woman taking care of me had no personality but did her job flawlessly. The pedi was almost useless. Literally did two strokes on the pumice stone and was done with callouses. Messed up the polish on my big toe and then just did another lumpy coat instead of fixing her mistake. I was in and out with both services in 45 minutes. Land speed record!

Recently moved to Celina and needed a new nail salon close to home. The first time the pedicure was very fast and o thought maybe because it was the basic one . The polish was great and lasted 3 weeks without chipping . Went back a second time recently with my neighbor . They had less than 20 regular nail polishes to select from and I paid for an upgraded pedicure like $20 more than the basic and my neighbor got the basic one and and the older lady doing my nails finished my pedicure before Hers, so rushed and that’s why I selected the more expensive one for longer service and so it would not

WOWZA! okay i heard about this place through a friend and omg i'm so glad she told me about it! the staff is so kind and personable and the owner/manager is super sweet and welcoming as well! he is with his team on the floor and speaks to guests as well instead of being an office all day! super super wonderful place! my nails look so wonderful for homecoming!

I recently move to Celina from The DFW area. I was extremely concerned with how my nails would turn out. The gentleman that did my nails did a beautiful job. I owe them this review because I'm sure I didn't sufficiently show my gratitude from being a little or a lot stressed. Looking around at the outcome of others, I would say they were very well done as well. I am looking forward to going back and letting them know what a great job they did.

I would go else where to get your nails done. I received nexgen nails with a design at Urban Lash and my experience was not great. The woman who did my nails worked in a hurry, which should not have been the case since I had an appointment. The design was sloppy, and not done like the picture I had showed (pictures of my nails after service and inspo attached). I had drips on my nails from the paint used on my design because it was not dry and she was hurrying to put on a clear coat to get to the next customer. If you can not do a design, be honest and tell me that so I can find something else

Tony did a fabulous job on my pedicure. He was very gentle and his massaging of my feet was so relaxing. He did a great job on polishing my nails. Thank you Tony!

I recently moved to Celina from Los Angeles and decided to give Urban Lash and Nail Spa a try. It has topped every nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is so nice and welcoming and Chris gave me a perfect Nexgen nail manicure. After years of trying to find a permanent nail salon I have finally found one!

I grew up in Celina and it is such a treat to have Urban Lash & Nail Spa in our town! They are extremely kind, their nail spa is super clean, their staff are exceptional and not to mention they do an incredible job with all of their services. I have visited at least 10 times and always have the same experiene. Their customer service goes above and beyond!

Tried Urban Lash and Nail one Monday afternoon with my daughter and were very disappointed. Arrived shortly before our appointment time and were told it would be 5 or 10 minutes which was totally ok. Turned out to be 40 minutes later. Time management, or rather time scheduling, seemed to be done at a whim. While we were waiting, people were coming in without appointments and they would routinely tell them 15 minutes to wait (they were all still waiting when we were finally served). I can see why this nail spa is rank 5 stars . Vanessa and the staff are amazing. My daughter and I had a full set nexgen done. We both are nail biters might I add. Both of our nails looked amazing . My pedicure was incredible as well I can't recall the gentleman name. I will have to call him Dallas since he drives from Dallas to Celina. I'm definitely coming back. From when you walk in to walking out you get the red carpet treatment.

Being a busy mom, business owner, and a lover of all things pretty... I have to tell you, Urban Lash & Nail is amazing. Nail places are popping up on every corner but this one is different, it's clean, has a phenomenal selection of services, fresh polish, gel and dip powders. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and moved to my station quickly..and the best part.. No awkward waiting in the chair hoping your turn in next. Dip and Pedi done in an hour. I have found my new nail salon. I love this place. Upon arriving we were greeted and we were quickly taken to a chair for our pedicures. Let me just say I love the massage chairs. I have never said that before. Most of the time the chair's massages are too rough for me. These chairs were awesome. I actually enjoyed the massage.
My husband and I got a pedicures. I was pleased with my classic pedicure. My husband was as well with his lavish spa pedicure.
The whole experience was great. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for being your business to Celina.

Lovely. This is a gem! I can not wait to go back for other services. We tried booking online but it didn't go through and they were gracious to work us in. They offered us a beverage when we came in, and they were so gracious. The service was phenomenal and the customer service fantastic. They were very accommodating! All the pieces and tools were pre-wrapped from the sanitization process and the bowls were covered. Very sanitary.
Can't wait to try their other spa services!
