This service includes: Your Choice of ANY Aroma Sensation, Aromatic Soak, Natural Nail Care, Aromatic Mud Mask, Sugar Scrub, Hot Towel Wrap, Paraffin Wax Treatment, Volcanic Hot Stone Massage on Arms, Neck and Shoulders, Extended Aromatic Lotion Massage and your choice of Nail Polish (35 min.) Choose your scent on the list.
When time is of essence, this regiment provides a blend of cleansing, toning, and relaxation. Cleansing with exfoliation treatment followed by moisturizer. This deep pore cleansing, extraodinary facial treatment is individualized for your skin care. This includes deep pore cleansing with steam and hot towel application followed by exfoliation equivalent to a microdermabrasion cream.

I am very specific when it comes to my nails. When I arrived at the store, they treated me with a warm welcome and excellent service. They are always clean and work at perfect speed. I'm never in a hurry to get a manicure or pedicure. They do many different nail designs. I make it a habit to come here every week to be pampered. This store is a must go! The perfect shop for any woman or man who wants great service!

We were greeted immediately and directed to a menu to select and bookmark our spa services. Salon is very clean and tidy. The massage chairs are a particularly nice treat while getting a pedicure. I have been to many nail salons and all around satisfied with my experience. If I lived here, I would frequent this salon.

They were really nice, however the pricing is outrageous. I got white tip NexGen nails and a white tip gel pedicure as well as eyebrows and lip waxed and they charged me 198.95, the pedicure gel job does not even look that good. I have NEVER paid that much for a white tip ever. They said it was 80 something for my nails and 86 for the pedicure and 22 for the wax. They were very nice but I will not be going back there. I have always gotten the exact same thing done at other nail salons and it cost maybe at the most 110.00

Great place! I love it and it's so close to my house that I can just walk there. I see the other bad reviews and I just haven't seen this happen and I've been here many times. Yeah, I think every salon has their bad apple so sure, there's going to be a few bad experiences but more people are going to complain on reviews than praise. If you're one of those people out there that only hops on to do a review just to express your angst, try to turn it around and be eager to hop on to sing your praises from the rooftops. The world needs that right now along with all these businesses

Jill, the new owner of Castle Nails was so friendly and accommodating while I was there. She sat down herself to help work on my nail set, which is something I've never seen in a nail salon before. My nails are done to perfection every time since I started going to Castle Nails, and they're sooo much cheaper than the nail salons in Frisco!!

Have no idea why low ratings here. Been coming here for as long as they have been open. Have NEVER had a bad experience. I can watch tv, some of my fav shows to boot, while sipping a glass of wine along w a great manicure and pedicure...honestly great customer service! Michael did a very natural looking ombré French manicure ...not too thick or too thin. Management is always willing to help out w refreshments, tv channel choices ....so really do NOT understand low rating. I give them a straight up 5 and yes I have ventured elsewhere in Prosper...walked out of one salon and the others service

This is what happens when I don’t read reviews before trying out a new place. Beware! I was impressed with the salon, at first. Clean, got me in quickly... but that’s about all the positive things I can say. I always get my nails dipped. My nail tech rushed through the entire process! My nails are incredibly uneven, not the same length, have noticeable divots from not being properly buffed out and glue on my skin. Two days later and I am still peeling glue off. He “manager” made me pay for my services before they were even completed. In the middle of my mani/pedi, he insisted

Got Tony for a gel manicure and it was terrible.
The "shaping" was a complete miss which consisted of him using an extremely coarse emery board and filing my skin.
The gel polish got all over my cuticles and the sides of my nails weren't polished.
He "filed" them again AFTER he was done applying, which makes them even more unfinished looking - this also breaks the seal and will cause them to peel early.
I told the front desk I wouldn't pay $35 for this - he wanted me to sit and have it fixed but I didn't want to spend another hour of my time there. He

I NEVER leave bad reviews but the manicure I just had yesterday at Castle Nails was just plain painful and looks horrible! 9/10 of my fingers have scabs all over my cuticles and the paint job doesn't look good either. I kept pointing out to Sandra that my cuticles were bleeding but she kept going and didn't even apologize. I will not be going back which is unfortunate because it is so close to me.

I needed an update on my nexgen and heard good things so I popped in today. The place is very nice and clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I didn't have an appointment but was immediately assisted and offered a drink. I had Michelle and she was amazing! She was efficient and my nails are great. Some places leave the nexgen too thick but she made it very thin and spent time getting each nail perfect (even added one tip to match my other hand) I will definitely be going back! I also watched a few ladies get pedicures and they look awesome so that's next on my list! Ask for
