I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and I love it. The back area is amazing so much room, for my kiddos to run and play in the grass during the summer. There is a gated pool, and a play area for little kiddos. The manager is very good at resolving any issues.
Over all I love it here.

You report issues and they don't fix them. You can see in other reviews that there is an issue with cars being broken into and that hasn't changed. We are about to break our lease and just move because they don't care enough to make their grounds secure. My roommate has had his car battery stolen twice, this last time was the tipping point. Also....bed bugs.

I been here for alomost 9 years was a great place but we go throw more managers and mantence then i have ever see and here latly we had Cops here alomost every day and just been a mad house

We have been living at perrine court apartments for about 4 yrs now we were on the verge of moving to a different complex and our landlord told us here could just transfer to a bigger unit with hardly any difficulties the new management made it quick and easy they are curtious and seem to care about how there tenants stick around I would recommend perrine court and there management to anyone!

WORST PLACE EVER!! The new owners are pure slumlords. Used to be pretty cool when Jack was here now its a dump. Used to be cool, there were many fun events. There was 10 picnic tables in the courtyard now there are two. I imagine those will be gone shortly as both are broken. There used to be a community game room good luck ever getting in now. Laundry room is filthy and my clothes have been stolen several times. They have no clue how to take care of the pool it was open about a month and a half all last year instead of four. I have submitted 3 work orders none has been completed. The ceiling collapsed

I regret my decision to move into this apartment. The manager was awesome until we signed our lease, it all went down hill from that point. Apartments were dark and there was a huge ant problem. Would not recommend this complex to my enemy.

Manager was impossible to get a hold of. For an on site manager he certainly isn't on site very often. Cars were broken into constantly and don't rely on the fake security system to help you out. Terrible place to rent from. Pay the extra 100 bucks and go up the road a block to the much nicer places.

This is my second apt i ever had and i must say it is by far an amazing place to live wat you do for this community is awsome !!
