Lived here for a year, never got to use the playhouse or gym... paid fees for the services though... paid a holding fee... deposit... moved into an apartment that reeked of wet dog... cleaned it myself, didn't complain.... wasn't sure of charges and didn't pay last couple months as manager changed, costs changed, was waiting for clarification... BOOSTED MY INCOME PROVEN RENT OVER $200... moved out and now I have to pay them for cleaning(I'm fine paying the rent I owed) but to take my deposit completely and charge me to clean a pos!! that apartment with mold and windows won't close all the way.

Living here has been okay. The price is great, management has been good to work with, and maintenance is usually extremely responsive. The only gripes I have have nothing to do with any of the above. I would recommend them to someone wanting to be near the freeway for an affordable price. I have been in contact with management about the things that I have been frustrated about lately and am grateful for their responses.

Currently living here and this apartment is awful. They dont have enough parking lot for there tenants. Basically if the parking lots packed you gotta park your car on the side of the road (entrance). They dont give you the right or stable amount for your rent each month. Since i start living here my rent doesnt stay to one amount. It keeps on changing every month. Another thing is they dont give there tenants heads up about there new rules and all. Just dont feel safe and feel like home here.

We are currently living here and it is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. If you plan on moving in do it as a last resort and make sure you apply for a parking space when you apply. The dishwasher broke down very quickly, management is constantly changing and we've been on a waitlist for a parking spot for 8 months. We need to follow up on a daily if we want anything fixed in the place and they let other residents and their dogs get away with crapping all over the yard without cleaning it up. Honestly don't know how this place is still in business, there is no parking available and

I've lived here for about 6 months now and management had handled the pandemic really well and has found a way to keep residents happy. They respond very quickly to emails and maintenence requests (sometimes even the same day!) I enjoy living here, its close to work and the rent is about average for the size of the apartment. I have the 2 bed 2 bath unit and its great for 3 people. Perfect for two! Affordable enough for just two people and really inexpensive for 3.
