These apartments were wonderful! It's been over a year since we moved out and I still miss this apartment (we moved out of state). The apartments were well maintained and had the most amazing floorplans. Everyone that worked there was so kind and easy to work with. The office people always answered all my questions and the maintenance crew was very respectful. Thank you for being a wonderful place to live!!!

I had a good experience living here minus my move out costs.. they charged me $300 carpet cleaning and $300 for a cleaner and $70 for a bifolding door that was working just fine when I left. It has really ruined my experience. We cleaned that apartment inside and out. Be careful and take lots of photos upon move out. Parking can also be an issue at times as well.

Ive lived here for about a year now. From the time I've spent here i definitely dont recommend moving in, they'll try to get every cent out of you they can (raising lease amount by 250 this year and month to month by 505). They add utilities on top which is fine or whatever, but you also get charged service fees for the app you have to pay rent on. EVERYTHING is at your expense, be it your deposit, when they do construction theyll tow your car. Cant wait to leave when I go to the military.

I have lived here three years. The management now is excellent. They answer my questions, listen to my concerns and always act in a courteous, professional manner. The maintenance department is fantastic. They are quite knowledgeable and fix any issues usually within a 24 hour period. They are friendly and good with my animals. My only complaint is noise level here can be very loud due to the large groups of playing children.

10/10 this apartment is very nice and has a well rounded and very much appreciated staff. Sam and Kathrine (managers) are great people at their core. This makes for an amazing experience when talking with them.
The staff here know how to use their ears to not just listen to you but really hear you. Everytime you walk in to or call the front desk, they are always smiles no matter how the day is going. There is much to say about that alone but for the sake of this review not being super long, let's take a look at the maintenance.

My family and I are new residents here at The Villages off Broadway. So far extremely pleased!! The management here is excellent. The apartment condition apon arrival is amazing. Maintenece is on it. They have kept all walk ways clear of ice and snow. Overall very pleased. We are very happy to call this place pur home.

Beautiful property and awesome and friendly management made me and my family feel welcome! Maintenance is awesome and very prompt on fixing issues and also the cleaning lady that was here the day we moved in was super nice! They even left us a care package which was a bonus as well! We’re really going to love living here 😊

We have lived here for a year now and the ownership has changed. along with that came and Kris charges with no explanations and very very rude management. They're not willing to work with us on anything and insist on entering my apartment even though I told him I have no way to get my pet locked up. They have been unwilling to work with us this whole time we have been leasing, and continue to be shady. even though the location and the quietness of the area is appealing never rent from here you will be very disappointed and you will never get anything fixed and you will just get yelled at.

So very thankful I chose this place over all the other available options. Definitely worth the bang for your buck. The ladies in the office are a hoot! Very friendly and helpful staff. Prompt when an issue arises, they take care of it right away. Grounds are kept tidy and clean. Convenient. Close to shopping, freeway(can barely hear it), hospital, main road, and of course walkable distance to Dutch Bros Coffee.
